1. TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. The Promotion will begin accepting entries on April 4, 2024, and will remain open until 12:00 a.m., May 9^th, 2024. Only entries originating from within the 48 contiguous U.S. states are eligible [entries originating from HI or AK or from outside the U.S. are not eligible.]

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: There is one (1) Grand Prize, the winner of which will be selected on or about May 9, 2024, from all eligible entries utilizing randomizing software that associates each entry with a unique number. If a Winner cannot be located by the method[s] described below, after three (3) attempts to do so, that participant will be disqualified, and an alternate winning entry will be randomly selected. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by Mondraker USA’s Marketing Manager, whose decisions are final. Entrants and Winners must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of the drawings. All entries must be received by 12:00 a.m., May 9, 2024.

3. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE of PRIZE:

The values of the Grand Prize is approximately $7,500.00.

The Grand Prize consists of only the item specifically listed above and is subject to change at Mondraker USA’s sole discretion.

4. GENERAL RULES: Open to U.S. residents over the age of 18 only. Employees of Mondraker USA, LLC, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible for any prize. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple methods, addresses, or identities in an attempt to circumvent the rules.If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Mondraker USA, LLC. Winners will be notified by email and/or Instagram. Void where prohibited by law. Winners may make no substitution or transfer of prize. Shipment of the Grand Prize will be made within two (2) weeks of announcing the Winner of the Promotion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the individual winners. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Return of any Prize or Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Mondraker USA, LLC will not be responsible for malfunctioning or breakdown of its website systems, for faulty website transmission, or for lost, late or misdirected entries, or for entries not received in time for random drawings. Acceptance of Prize by Winner constitutes permission to Mondraker USA, LLC and its advertising and promotion agencies to use a Winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. These rules are subject to any requirements or limitations that are or may be imposed by any government agency.

5. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Participant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Mondraker USA, LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Promotion.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Mondraker USA, LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
