OFFICIAL RULES     

Squire for Hire Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC, who reside in an area serviced by Taskrabbit*, and are 18 years of age or older, but for the Grand Prize, entrant must also be a legal resident of the Greater Los Angeles, CA area as determined by Sponsor. Void where prohibited.  Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of TaskRabbit, Inc. (“Sponsor”), or HBO (“Partner”), and Sponsor’s and Partner’s respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this      Sweepstakes.  Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.  

TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 29, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. PT on February 12, 2026 (the “Entry Period”), enter by: visiting  https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/a45da6-219591?framed=1 ( “ViralSweep” or “ViralSweep Platform”) and completing and submitting the official entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Runner Up Prize random drawing (and, if you are a resident of the Greater Los Angeles, CA area), one (1) entry into the Grand Prize random drawing. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on February 12, 2026, to be eligible.  Limit one (1) entry per person per drawing for the duration of the Entry Period.  Entries received in excess of the stated limit will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or means which subvert the entry process will be void.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. For an entry to be considered for the Grand Prize, the entry must include: (i) a full description of a Task which is already serviced by an existing Taskrabbit category; and (ii) a location within the Greater Los Angeles area, and a location which to Taskrabbit’s sole discretion can accommodate the filming activities (the “Requirements”). Taskrabbit reserves the right to disqualify entries which it deems in its sole discretion to have not met the Requirements. 

DRAWING:  Potential winners will be selected in separate random drawings (one drawing each for the Grand Prize and the Runner-Up Prize) held on or about February 13, 2026, from all eligible entries received by Sponsor for each drawing.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by email and may be required to execute and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release, within 24 hours of date of notification. If these documents are not received within the given timeframe, the prize or notification will be marked as undeliverable. If a Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be subject to forfeiture and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner will be selected.  

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: 

A two (2) hour task completed by the “Squire” actor accompanied by Tasker (“Grand Prize”)

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $300.

Potential Grand Prize winner understands and agrees that, as a condition of being awarded the prize, Grand Prize winner may be subject to a background check at the sole discretion of Sponsor; failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. In addition, at the discretion of the Sponsor, potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified: (a) if charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor; (b) if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that awarding the prize to such individual may reflect unfavorably on the      Sweepstakes,       Sponsor or HBO; (c) if they are not eligible to receive the prize based on the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules; (d) if Sponsor determines that they failed to comply with these Official Rules in any way; or (e) if they refuse to or cannot accept the prize for any reason. Potential Grand Prize winner’s social media profile must be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image or they may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Squire for Hire task must take place on or about February 23-25, 2026. Exact date/time of task will be determined by Sponsor and Partner. All details including date/time of task are in Sponsor and Partner’s sole discretion and must be used on date/time specified or Grand Prize will be forfeited with no compensation. Task location must be the winner’s address located in the Greater Los Angeles, CA area. Grand Prize winner understands that the task may be recorded by Sponsor or its agents (“Footage”), and may be posted on various mediums, including but not limited to, Sponsor’s social media channels, Sponsor-selected websites, or on other Taskrabbit-owned channels (or those of HBO or HBO Max). If winner takes any photos or videos on their own in connection with the Prize, the Sponsor and Partner reserve the right to review and approve usage of any of their person photos/videos. In the event task unable to take place or if Squire is unavailable, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded, and instead $500 worth of Taskrabbit credit will be provided. In the event that Grand Prize winner acts in a disruptive or inappropriate manner, as deemed by Sponsor/Partner, task will be terminated, Squire will leave immediately and no additional compensation will be provided.     

Ten (10) Runner Up Prize Winners will receive:

    One (1) $200 credit usable on the Taskrabbit platform with ARV of: $200 (“Runner Up Prize”). Credit is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer(s). Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor or Partner. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.  Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. *For a complete list of areas serviced by Taskrabbit, visit https://www.taskrabbit.com/locations.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, illegible       entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the      Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the      Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any      Sweepstakes-related materials.  Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by other entrants or site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the      Sweepstakes.  Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes, downloading materials from or use of the website, or installing or using any prize.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the      Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor or Partner     , will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Should any portion of the      Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor or Partner’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor or Partner, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor or Partner reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the      Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for each drawing prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor or Partner     . Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor and HBO and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this      Sweepstakes.  Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and HBO and their designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media (including digital media) now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.  Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. This      Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants acknowledge that X and Meta do not bear any responsibility for this      Sweepstakes and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release X and Meta from any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. Registration is subject to Sponsor’s Terms of Service found at https://www.taskrabbit.com/terms (“Terms of Service”) and Privacy Policy, found at https://www.taskrabbit.com/privacy.  No more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Official Rules and any other communications related to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules shall prevail. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

GOVERNING LAW: Disputes regarding these Official Rules or this sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of California. By entering, you consent to jurisdiction in San Francisco, California, for the resolution of any and all disputes. Should a dispute arise regarding the sweepstakes, entrant and Sponsor shall engage in good faith, informal dispute resolution for a minimum period of thirty (30) days to resolve the dispute. Should the entrant and Sponsor fail to resolve their dispute informally, they shall engage in mediation with JAMS, at their joint and equal expense. Should the mediation fail to resolve the dispute, entrant and Sponsor shall thereafter engage in binding arbitration with JAMS. To ensure minimal cost, the arbitration shall be in front of a single arbitrator and shall be conducted in accordance with JAMS’ Optional Expedited Arbitration Procedures. JAMS rules are available at www.jamsadr.com.  The binding arbitration shall be at Sponsor’s expense, with attorneys’ fees and costs to the prevailing party upon conclusion.

WINNER(S) LIST: For the names of the winners (available after February 12, 2026), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Taskrabbit and Squire for Hire Giveaway, Taskrabbit, Inc., P.O. Box 530225, Atlanta, GA 30353-0225, for receipt no later than March 25, 2025. Requests received after that date may not be honored.
