OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

The “Ultimate Free Trip to Maui Invitational Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to USA law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the USA or otherwise ineligible in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hawaiian Host LLC, 851 Fort Street Suite 300, Honolulu, HI 96813 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective states of permanent residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, ViralSweep LLC (the “Administrator”), their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive, and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Official Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrant who is deemed the Winner (as defined below).)

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on October 16, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on November 8, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants will be able to enter the Sweepstakes by visiting https://hawaiianhost.com/pages/mauna-loa-maui-invitational-giveaway (the “Website”) and following the links and instructions to complete the Sweepstakes registration form. Entrants will be required to provide their full name, phone number, and email address. Each fully completed Sweepstakes registration form will generate one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Limit one (1) registration entry per Entrant.

Bonus entries:

• Refer a friend: Entrants also have the opportunity to earn bonus entries via the post-entry refer-a-friend feature. Entrants will be given a unique URL address to share with their friends. For every friend that enters the Sweepstakes thru the unique URL, the original referrer will receive one (1) bonus entry. Limit five (5) bonus entries (through this feature) per Entrant.

• Facebook: Visit the Sponsor on Facebook through the provided link and receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) bonus entry (through this feature) per Entrant.

• Instagram: Visit the Sponsor on Instagram through the provided link and receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) bonus entry (through this feature) per Entrant.

• Polls/Q&A: Engage with the Sponsor’s Polls or provide answers to survey questions through the provided link and receive one (1) entry per action. Limit five (5) bonus entries (through these features) per Entrant.

• Pinterest: Follow the Sponsor on Pinterest through the provided link and receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) bonus entry (through this feature) per Entrant.

LIMIT SEVENTEEN (17) TOTAL ENTRIES PER ENTRANT. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. By participating, you consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of your personal information for the administration of this Sweepstakes. All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policies, available at https://www.maunaloa.com/pages/privacy-policy and https://hawaiianhost.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing your email address or any other applicable contact information, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policies.

PRIZE: There will be one (1) Prize available. The Prize Winner (“Winner”), upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) people in Lāhainā, Maui (the “Location”) from November 24 to November 28, 2024 (“Prize”). The Prize package includes:

Two (2) roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the USA, near the Winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor.
Premium Garden View hotel room accommodations at the OUTRIGGER Kaanapali Beach Resort in Lāhainā for four (4) nights (double occupancy; room and tax only), with an estimated value of $1,812.00.
Two (2) All-Tournament tickets, granting access to each of the twelve (12) Tournament games.
Two (2) All-Tournament Stadium Club hospitality passes.
Two (2) tickets to the "Evening with the Coaches" Banquet.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total Prize package is $4,200 USD, which includes the estimated hotel value of $1,812.00. The total ARV will vary depending upon points of departure, destination, and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, airport taxes and fees, baggage fees, ground transportation not specifically delineated, food, beverages, additional hotel amenities or fees, and gratuities, are the responsibility of the Winner and/or traveling companion. The Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air transportation carriers, hotels, or other transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by the same. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage and/or personal property. The trip must be fully executed by November 31, 2024, or the Prize will be forfeited. All travel dates are subject to change in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Certain blackout dates and material restrictions may apply. Substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is not permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any Prize component with another of equal or greater value.
