PEAK BEAK BINGO – OFFICIAL RULES

Spring Migration 2026 Promotion

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor/Host

The Peak Beak Bingo Spring Migration 2026 Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by FeatherSnap (“Sponsor”) and hosted by Reveal Holdco LLC d/b/a Tactacam (“Host”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By participating in this Promotion, participants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Host and Sponsor which shall be final in all matters.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on March 30, 2026 at 12:00 AM CT and ends on April 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Promotion Period”).

Weekly challenge deadlines are as follows:

• Week 1: Quick Start Challenge runs from 3/30/26 – 4/5/26; Deadline to submit is April 5, 2026, 11:59 PM CT
  
  

• Week 2: Bingo Classic runs from 3/30/26 – 4/12/26; Deadline to submit is April 12, 2026, 11:59 PM CT
  
  

• Week 3: Four Corners Challenge runs from 3/30/26 – 4/19/26; Deadline to submit is April 19, 2026, 11:59 PM CT
  
  

• Week 4: Super Spotter Grand Prize runs from 3/30/26 – 4/24/26; Deadline to submit is April 24, 2026, 11:59 PM CT

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

Step 1: Download Your Regional Bingo Card

Participants must download the Peak Beak Bingo card corresponding to their geographic region (Southeast, Southwest, Northeast, MidNorthwest).

Step 2: Spot Birds & Mark Squares

As eligible bird species or migration-related moments appear, participants mark the corresponding squares on their bingo card.

Participants may use the FeatherSnap app to:

• Identify species
  
  

• Track migration timing
  
  

• Capture and save photo or video evidence
  
  

There is no cost to use the FeatherSnap app. Participants can submit their entries using the free version of the app.

Step 3: Complete Weekly Challenges

Each week features a different challenge mechanic:

Week 1 – Quick Start Challenge
Mark any five (5) squares on your card to earn one (1) entry.

Week 2 – Bingo Classic
Complete one (1) full line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) to earn one (1) entry.

Week 3 – Four Corners Challenge
Mark all four (4) corner squares to earn one (1) entry.

Week 4 – Super Spotter Grand Finale
Complete two (2) Bingo lines OR one (1) Bingo line plus Four Corners to unlock one (1) Grand Prize entry.

Each challenge must be completed and submitted by its applicable deadline to qualify for that week’s drawing.

5. Entry Submission & Supporting Photo Verification

To submit an entry, participants must upload the below information to the official ViralSweeps website before the applicable deadline. See weekly deadlines and ViralSweeps links, above.

Each submission must include:

• A clear photo or digital upload of the completed Peak Beak Bingo card
  
  

• Supporting photo(s) or video(s) showing the bird species or qualifying migration moments used to complete the challenge
  
  

• Participant’s full name, valid email address and age
  
  

• Any additional requested verification information
  
  

Supporting media must:

• Be captured by the participant during the Promotion Period
  
  

• Accurately represent the species or activity marked on the card
  
  

• Not be stock photography, screenshots from third-party sources, AI-generated imagery, or content captured outside of the Promotion Period
  
  

• Not be materially altered in a way that misrepresents the sighting
  
  

Sponsor reserves the right to request additional verification or clarification and may disqualify any entry that cannot be reasonably validated.

6. Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional entries through the following actions:

• Share progress on social media using #PeakBeakBingo (+1 bonus entry)
  
  

• Refer a friend via the official ViralSweep referral system (+3 bonus entries per verified referral)
  
  

Bonus entries are subject to ViralSweep tracking and validation.

7. Prize Drawings

Weekly Prize Drawings

One (1) winner will be randomly selected at the end of each weekly challenge period from all eligible entries received for that challenge. 

Week 1 Drawing to be held on: 4/6/26

Week 2 Drawing to be held on: 4/13/26

Week 3 Drawing to be held on: 4/20/26

Week 4 (Grand Prize) Drawing to be held on: 4/25/26

Grand Prize Drawing

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected at the conclusion of the Promotion from all eligible Grand Prize entries received during Week 4.

THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

Winners will be notified via email and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Winners must also sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within ten (10) days of the date the Affidavit is emailed. Failure to respond with the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor shall have the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $850. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

  • Two (2) round-trip domestic airfare tickets from the major airport nearest winner’s residence to the chosen LandTrust location
    
    

  • $500 Visa gift card for meals and activities
    
    

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize will depend on airfare fluctuations, point of departure and choice of accommodations. 

Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, certain restrictions, and applicable travel provider terms. Travel accommodations and arrangements shall be made at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for all other expenses not specifically included above. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. 

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

All travel must be completed by April 24, 2027.

9. General Conditions

1. By submitting an entry, Participants waive all right to, release and hold harmless Sponsor and Host and their affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental and consequential damages) or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

2. Neither the Sponsor nor the Company is responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk email or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions or failures, lost, or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, misdirected, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion; or announcement of the prize(s); or unauthorized intervention. If, in the Administrator or Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsor and/or Host reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Promotion in a manner deemed appropriate by them.

3. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, including but not limited to disqualifying any fraudulent, automated or tampered entries. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the price will remain un-awarded.

4. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion for any reason, including errors, technical malfunction, administrative issues or any factor that impairs the integrity of the Promotion. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. 

5. Participants agree to receive contact from Sponsor or the Company whether by phone, text, or email to verify any of the conditions contained herein.

6. The return of any prize notification email or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. 

7. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Participant may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

8. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Delaware. All disputes must be resolved individually in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware, and participants waive any rights to class actions. If any portion of these Official Rules are found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

10. Privacy

Participants agree that personal information may be collected in accordance with Sponsor’s (and/or Host’s) Privacy Policy. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to Host’s privacy policy accessed here.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor and Host the right to use their name, likeness, submitted photos/videos, and entry content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Participant further consents to receive marketing emails from Sponsor and its partners.

11. Taxes and Fees

Winners are responsible for any and all applicable taxes or fees resulting from acceptance of the prize(s).
