1. To Enter: Visit http://www.tactical-life.com/ anytime between April 4, 2018 and April 11, 2018 (“Sweepstakes Period”), and follow the directions to complete and submit the online registration. Entry photos must be in .jpg format, not to exceed 10MB file size. By submitting a photo, entrant represents that he or she owns the rights to the photo submitted and has permission from any and all people appearing in the photo to submit it in this promotion. By entering, all entrants share the rights to their photos with the Athlon Outdoors, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “Athlon Outdoors”) and agree to the possible immediate publication of their information and/or their image for purposes of publicizing the sweepstakes, and/or Athlon Outdoors and/or its promotion partners. Some or all of the photos will be published without further consent of the entrant. All entries become the property of the sweepstakes Sponsor, and will not be returned. Any submissions containing unsuitable images or inappropriate content of any kind will be disqualified, as determined by the Sponsor at their sole discretion. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET April 11, 2018. Entrants are responsible for determining the corresponding time zone in their respective location, for online entry deadline. By entering, participant agrees to receive future email newsletter(s) and offers from Athlon Outdoors/Tactical-Life or any one of its media properties; you will have the opportunity to opt-out in each communication.

2. Drawing(s): Exactly two (2) winners will be selected by Athlon Outdoors Editors from among all eligible cumulative entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner(s) will be picked on or around April 16, 2018 by Athlon Outdoors Editors (“Publisher”). Prize winners will be contacted by Publisher, or its designated agent, via email and/or US mail or express courier, and may be required to complete a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release (and any other documentation required by Publisher for prize fulfillment, including but not limited to proof of identity and any other licenses or permits) that must be returned and received within 10 days of the date emailed or mailed to potential winner, or prize may be forfeited. If any mail is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, a potential winner cannot be contacted within 10 days of the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to return the signed Affidavit of Eligibility within 10 days, or if the potential prize winner is deemed ineligible for any other reason in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected in his/her place by random drawing amongst all remaining eligible entries received.

Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. No substitution for prize permitted, except by Sponsor in the event of unavailability. Any Federal, State, or dealer fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for any incidental costs related to the acceptance or use of the prize not expressly stated above, including but not limited to licenses, fees, or other expenses. Sponsor makes no warranties, representations, endorsement, or guarantees, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to the performance or use of the Prizes, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Promotional graphics depicting the prize may differ from actual prize awarded. Prize is intended for the winner’s personal use, only, and is not to be resold nor submitted to a dealer for resale. Winner is solely responsible for any Federal, State, or local taxes on the value of the prize, and will be issued a 1099-MISC form for the retail value of the prize. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the number of prizes stated in these official rules.

4. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Not open to employees of Athlon Outdoors, Inc., Viralsweep.com, their subsidiaries, respective affiliates, advertising, promotion, and public relations agencies, and their immediate families as well as individuals living in the same households of such employees. Entrants agree to the release of their name, address, and email information to Publisher and/or Sponsor for winner notification purposes and for public winner disclosure, as required by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the Athlon Outdoors privacy policy. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, and is subject to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries made by, or associated with, the applicable entrant. In the event of a dispute over who submitted any entry, the authorized subscriber of the email account provided in connection with the entry, as of the actual time that such entry was received by Sponsor, will be deemed to be the entrant.  The “authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Sponsor may require an entrant to provide proof of being the authorized account subscriber, which must be provided or else that entrant may be disqualified.

5. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor, Publisher, and their promotion partners are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or for any individual's inability to enter the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to unavailable network, server, or other connections; failed software or hardware transmissions; other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; or for any damage to any computer related to or resulting from participation. Multiple entries beyond what’s stated in section 1 above and those generated by script, macro, or other automated entry devices are not valid, and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes should any of the foregoing occurrences corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to those listed above, winners will be determined via random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of Sweepstakes cancellation. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to all decisions of Sponsor, or its designated agent, which are final and legally binding in all respects, and further agree that all prizes are awarded upon the condition that Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, principals, employees or agents shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activities, and further acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its merchantability, quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice and at any time, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, integrity or security of the Sweepstakes (including but not limited to attempts to hack into or otherwise tamper with underlying source code/programming of the Sweepstakes). No portion of the Prize may be listed or offered for sale on eBay, Craigslist, or similar websites. By accepting prizes, winner agrees that Sponsor may use each winner’s name, likeness, photograph and/or biographical information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration or payment, where permitted by law. Taxes on and in connection with all prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes are not transferable. No prize, cash or other substitutions allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Should any provision of these Official Rules be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect. In the event that this Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority (including but not limited to any federal or state governmental authority), Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, as applicable, or to disqualify any entrants residing in any affected geographic areas, as applicable. In such event, Sponsor shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action.

6. Dispute Resolution: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Nashville, Tennessee having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
