Sponsor

The “Operation Frogskin” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Delta Team Tactical, in partnership with Mountain Bill Gun Lab, Culper Precision, and Gallenson Guns (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who:

• Sign up through deltateamtactical.com,

• Are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, and

• Are legal residents of the United States.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules

By entering, you (“You”) agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. The Sponsor reserves the right to interpret all questions and resolve all disputes concerning the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.

Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins November 25, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST and ends December 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST (“Entry Period”).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

Entry is completed via the online form available at deltateamtactical.com.

To be eligible:

• All required fields must be completed.

• Entries must comply with all rules.

• Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Entering more than permitted,

• Using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices,

• Employing automated or fraudulent methods to submit entries.

Any attempt to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.

The Winner (“Winner”) will receive the following prizes:

• One (1) 5.56 Frog Skin Camo Rifle

• One (1) Mountain Billy Gun Lab Frog Skin Camo GOAT-15 Rifle

• 5.56 Ammunition

• .22 LR Ammunition

• Forever bragging rights

The actual/appraised value of the prizes may vary at the time of award. The Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is permitted.

All prize-related expenses are the responsibility of the Winner, including but not limited to:

• FFL transfer fees

• Shipping charges

• State-mandated firearm or ammunition fees

• Applicable federal, state, and local taxes

Release Form & Media Permission

Acceptance of the prize constitutes the Winner’s permission for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

A completed release form is required before the prize can be awarded. Failure to complete the form will result in disqualification.

Marketing Communications

By entering, You agree to receive promotional emails and text alerts from Delta Team Tactical and participating sponsor brands.
You may opt out at any time without affecting your entry status.
To unsubscribe, follow the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.

After subscribing to Sponsor email newsletters, entrants may earn additional entries by:

• Sharing a unique referral link

• Following Delta Team Tactical on Instagram

• Subscribing to Delta Team Tactical text alerts

• Liking Delta Team Tactical on Facebook

• Subscribing to the Delta Team Tactical YouTube channel

Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Example: 1 entry out of 14,000 total entries = 1 in 14,000 odds.

Winner Selection and Notification

The Winner will be chosen by random draw using the ViralSweep randomized selection tool, under Sponsor supervision.

The Winner will be notified within 7 days of selection.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Spam filters or email delivery failure

• Incorrect contact information

• Failure to respond

The Winner must claim the prize within 15 days and must return all required documents. Noncompliance results in forfeiture and selection of an alternate Winner.

Termination Clause

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if:

• Technical issues,

• Fraud,

• Human error,

• Unauthorized interference,

• Or other causes beyond its control

compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or attempts to undermine the Sweepstakes, including attempts via bots, macros, scripts, automated systems, multiple IP addresses, or any fraudulent technical means.

Release of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless:

Delta Team Tactical, Mountain Bill Gun Lab, Culper Precision, Gallenson Guns, and all affiliates, agents, employees, successors, and assigns

from any liability, injury, loss, damage, or claim arising directly or indirectly from:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes,

• Acceptance or misuse of the prize,

• Technical malfunctions,

• Human or electronic error,

• Unauthorized intervention,

• Lost or misdirected communications.

Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States.
All disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in a court located in Utah County, Utah.

Participants waive all rights to claim punitive or consequential damages.

Winner List

To request a copy of the Winner’s name, contact the Sponsor via email within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social platform.
You are providing information to the Sponsor, not the platforms.

Firearm-Specific Requirements

To qualify, the Winner must:

• Be of legal age to receive the firearm,

• Be a U.S. resident,

• Subscribe to participating sponsor email lists,

• Legally be able to possess a firearm under federal, state, and local laws,

• Pass a background check,

• Provide a valid FFL for transfer,

• Cover any associated transfer or regulatory fees.

If contacted, the Winner has two weeks to respond before forfeiture.

All serialized parts and firearms are sold and shipped by Delta Team Tactical, a licensed FFL, and will be shipped only to the FFL EZ Check–verified address.
