OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ARKANSAS, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, KANSAS, KENTUCKY, MICHIGAN, LOUISIANA, MINNESOTA, MISSISSIPPI, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, NORTH DAKOTA, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, SOUTH DAKOTA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, WISCONSIN, AND EASTERN MONTANA. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY.

Eligibility

The United in Tradition Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the states listed above who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Sponsor’s distribution territory refers to areas where Sponsor’s products are lawfully distributed at the time of entry. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “Eastern Montana” refers only to those counties within Montana where Sponsor’s products are lawfully distributed at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc., Hiland Dairy, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, ViralSweep, Eden’s Ambassador, and each of their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any entrant and/or winner.

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on or about February 26, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on or about May 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Sponsor’s designated sweepstakes administration system is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter online via the official Sweepstakes landing page available on Prairie Farms and Hiland Dairy brand websites.

Entries will be collected, processed, and administered using the ViralSweep online sweepstakes platform, which serves as Sponsor’s third-party administrator.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to enter using multiple identities, email addresses, IP addresses, devices, or other means to circumvent these limits.

Use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods is prohibited and will void all associated entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Conditions of Entry

Incomplete entries are void. Any entry by a resident of a state other than those listed in these Official Rules is void.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed transmissions, platform outages, network failures, or any other errors that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

Prize Drawing

On or about June 30, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email and/or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner must complete, sign, and return all required documents, including a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and any required tax documentation, within fourteen (14) business days of notification.

Failure to timely return required documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to require reconfirmation of winner eligibility and travel information closer to the event date.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an Indy 500® Three-Day Experience prize package for four (4) (the “Grand Prize”) for the 2027 Indianapolis 500® Mile Race weekend, scheduled for May 28–30, 2027, at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Speedway, Indiana.

Winner and guests must be available to travel during these dates.

Ticket Package for Four (4) includes:

• Four (4) Reserved Seat Grandstand tickets to the 111th Running of the Indianapolis 500® Mile Race presented by Gainbridge, scheduled for Sunday, May 30, 2027 (Tower Terrace Grandstand) (total value $520)
• Four (4) General Admission tickets to Carb Day®, scheduled for Friday, May 28, 2027 (total value $160)
• Four (4) Carb Day® Concert Pit Wristbands (total value $120)
• Four (4) tickets to Legends Day / Drivers’ Meeting, scheduled for Saturday, May 29, 2027 (total value $80)
• Four (4) reserved seats for the Drivers’ Meeting (estimated value $500)
• Four (4) tickets to the 500 Festival Parade (value TBD)

Winner agrees that tickets are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to the winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce , transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Winner must comply with all venue and event rules and regulations.

Travel Allowance

The Grand Prize also includes up to $5,000 in travel expenses, to be arranged and booked exclusively through Sponsor’s designated travel agency, Eden’s Ambassador, which may include airfare, hotel accommodations, and related travel fees.

Any unused portion of the travel allowance is forfeited and will not be awarded as cash. Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, airline and hotel restrictions, and force majeure events. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

Sponsor is not responsible if Indianapolis 500® weekend events are modified, postponed, or canceled.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,380.00, exclusive of parade ticket value (TBD). ARV excludes items with no determinable retail value at time of drafting.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and/or use of the prize. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, platform malfunctions, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, ViralSweep, Eden’s Ambassador, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, LLC, INDYCAR, LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize, including travel-related risks.

Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Disputes

All disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Madison County, Illinois, under the laws of the State of Illinois.

Publicity Rights

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

Requests must be received within ninety (90) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
