THIS PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, KENTUCKY, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, MISSISSIPPI, MISSOURI, NORTH DAKOTA, SOUTH DAKOTA, OHIO, TENNESSEE, AND WISCONSIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY.

Eligibility

The Prairie Farms Instant-Win & Hometown Hero Promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the states (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Ohio, Tennessee, Wisconsin), and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc., Hiland Dairy, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, ViralSweep, and each of their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any entrant and/or winner.

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on or about MAY 13, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on or about AUGUST 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

Sponsor’s designated promotion administration system is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter online via the official Promotion landing page available on Prairie Farms and Hiland Dairy brand websites: https://www.prairiefarms.com/BOOM/ https://hilanddairy.com/BOOM/

Entries will be collected, processed, and administered using the ViralSweep online platform, which serves as Sponsor’s third-party administrator.

Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

To enter without using the online entry method, eligible entrants may hand print their full name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number, email address (if available), and date of birth on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a properly stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [MAIL-IN DEADLINE] and received by [RECEIPT DEADLINE] to be eligible.

Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) eligible entry into the applicable end-of-promotion drawings.

Mail-in entrants are not eligible to participate in the online Instant-Win Play component unless they separately complete the online entry process.

Mechanical reproductions, photocopies, illegible entries, or incomplete mail-in submissions are void.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, or stolen mail-in entries.

“Eligible entrants may submit multiple valid entries during the Promotion Period; however, entrants are limited to one (1) Instant-Win Play during any rolling twenty-four (24) hour period.”

Each eligible entrant may complete one (1) Instant-Win Play during any rolling twenty-four (24) hour period measured from the time of the entrant’s last completed Instant-Win Play.

Additional entries submitted before expiration of the rolling 24-hour period will not entitle the entrant to an additional Instant-Win Play.

Each otherwise valid entry received during the Promotion Period, including entries submitted when no additional Instant-Win Play is available, will count as one (1) entry into the applicable end-of-promotion random drawings for the MLB Ticket Prize Packages and Grand Prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to enter using multiple identities, email addresses, IP addresses, devices, or other means to circumvent these limits.

Use of robotic, automatic, programmed, scripted, macro, or similar entry methods is prohibited and will void all associated entries.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Conditions of Entry

Incomplete entries are void.

Any entry by a resident of a state other than those listed in these Official Rules is void.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed transmissions, platform outages, network failures, or any other errors that may occur in connection with the Promotion.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

Instant-Win Prize Play

Eligible participants may receive one (1) Instant-Win Play during each rolling twenty-four (24) hour period.

Instant-Win Prize winners will be determined during the Promotion Period through a computerized randomization process or random winning-time methodology administered by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated administrator.

Potential winners of Instant-Win Prizes may be notified immediately on-screen and/or by email.

The odds of winning an Instant-Win Prize depend on the number, timing, and eligibility of Instant-Win Plays received and the number of prizes available.

Drawing Prizes

On or about AUGUST 31, 2026, Sponsor will conduct random drawings from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select potential winners for the MLB Ticket Prize Packages and Grand Prize.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners via email and/or phone.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners must complete, sign, and return all required documents, including a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Release, Publicity Release except where prohibited by law, winners may be required to sign a publicity release. Where such releases are prohibited, acceptance of the prize does not require consent to publicity), and any required tax documentation, within fourteen (14) business days of notification.

Failure to timely return required documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to require reconfirmation of winner eligibility and event availability closer to fulfillment dates.

Non-event prizes will generally be fulfilled within approximately thirty (30) days after winner verification.

For MLB ticket prizes or other future event-related prizes, Sponsor may fulfill its obligation within that thirty (30) day period by providing written confirmation, voucher documentation, or prize notification, with final event tickets delivered closer to the scheduled event date.

Prizes

• Grand Prize 

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of approximately $850.

The Grand Prize package may include:

One (1) $250 Visa Gift Card

Four (4) tickets for winner and guests to attend one (1) regular-season Major League Baseball game during either the 2026 or 2027 MLB season, as determined by Sponsor

One (1) Summer Fun Kit

One (1) year of free Prairie Farms ice cream awarded as twelve (12) free product coupons

Final Grand Prize details will be confirmed prior to fulfillment and may include equivalent promotional products, gift cards, event-related items, or Sponsor-selected components of equal or greater value.

• MLB Ticket Prize Packages 

Eight (8) winners will each receive:

Four (4) tickets for winner and guests to attend one (1) regular-season Major League Baseball game during either the 2026 or 2027 MLB season, for the club located in or nearest winner’s hometown or market, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to availability, seat location, blackout dates, venue rules, and these Official Rules.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 each.

Winner and guests must comply with all venue and event rules and regulations.

Tickets are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to the winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed.

Sponsor is not responsible for scheduling changes, venue restrictions, player availability, labor disputes, weather events, cancellations, postponements, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control.

Instant-Win Prizes 

Expected Instant-Win prize structure includes:

Fifteen (15) Purpose-Driven Instant-Win Prizes (ARV: approximately $100 each)

Twenty-Five (25) Mid-Tier Instant-Win Prizes (ARV: approximately $100 each)

Two Hundred One (201) Low-Tier Instant-Win Prizes (ARV: approximately $8 each) Total Instant-Win and Drawing Prizes: 250.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.

Any digital coupons or promotional offers distributed broadly to participants may be treated as promotional offers and not as sweepstakes prizes.

Prize Limits 

Limit one (1) Instant-Win Prize and one (1) Drawing Prize per person/household (same physical address) during the Promotion Period.

Hometown Hero Program

The Prairie Farms Hometown Hero program is a separate nomination-based recognition program and is not part of the sweepstakes or instant-win promotion.

A Hometown Hero nomination does not enter any person into the Promotion, and entry into the Promotion does not count as a Hometown Hero nomination.

Eligible consumers may nominate individuals making a positive impact in their communities.

Selections will be based on criteria including:

Community impact

Leadership

Service

Authenticity of story

Alignment with Prairie Farms values

Chance plays no role in the selection of the Hometown Hero honoree.

The Hometown Hero recognition program is separate from the quantity, type, and ARV of sweepstakes prizes.

Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and/or use of any prize.

Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9 and may issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, platform malfunctions, viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, ViralSweep, MLB entities, prize suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Disputes

All disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Madison County, Illinois, under the laws of the State of Illinois.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to permitted by law, without invalidating the remainder of these Official Rules.

Publicity Rights

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
