Roame Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Promotion Description: The 'Roame Giveaway' ("Sweepstakes") begins on 6/1/2025 at 9:00 AM (Pacific Time (US)) and ends on 9/2/2025 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time (US)) (the "Promotion Period"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Roame Holdings, Inc. (“Sponsor”),which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. You, the individual entrant (“Entrant”), should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of all fifty (50) states in the USA and Canada who are 18 years or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.

3. Entry Methods: Only individuals who meet all the eligibility requirements in Section 2 may enter the Sweepstakes. The number of Entries an individual Entrant can submit during the Promotion Period is limited to one hundred (100) across all Entry methods. Entries that violate any of these Giveaway Rules may be disqualified. Qualifying Entrants can enter the sweepstakes through one of the ways below (each, an “Entry”):

   1. Refer a Friend: Refer a friend to sign up as a member by www.roame.travel/giveaway. Applicable for five Entries.

   2. Join the Sponsor’s Facebook Group: Visit Sponsor’s Facebook Group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/roame. Applicable for one Entry and limited to once per individual Entrant.

   3. Download Sponsor’s App: Download Sponsor’s mobile application at https://apps.apple.com/us/app/roame-award-travel/id6466661045. Applicable for five Entries and limited to once per individual Entrant.

   4. Visit Sponsor’s Website: Visit Sponsor’s website at www.roame.travel. Applicable for one Entry and limited to once per individual Entrant.

   5. Follow Sponsor on Instagram: Become a follower on Sponsor’s Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/roame.travel. Applicable for one Entry and limited to one per individual Entrant.

   6. Follow Sponsor on X / Twitter: Become a follower on Sponsor’s Instagram account at https://x.com/roametravel. Applicable for one Entry and limited to one per individual Entrant.

   7. Subscribe to Sponsor’s YouTube Channel: Subscribe to Sponsor’s official YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/@roame.travel and subscribe. Applicable for one Entry and limited to once per individual Entrant.

   8. Watch a Video: Watch a video on how to use Sponsor’s product by https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fixXuyhofgo. Applicable for one Entry and limited to once per individual Entrant.

   9. Member Entry: Registered Free Member of Sponsor may enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by submitting the form at roame.travel/giveaway. To qualify as a “Free Subscriber”, an Entrant must be registered to the free Community membership. Community membership is a free account and subject to Sponsor’s terms available at https://roame.travel/terms. Applicable for one Entry and limited to one Member Entry per day.

   10. Free Entry: Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by filling out this entry form (https://forms.gle/YC9vaKS1gDkH9AFi6) with the following information: full legal name, date of birth, city, state, and country of residence, and best email to contact. Applicable for one Entry and limited to one Email Entry per day. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Member Entry must be made by the Entrant through their qualifying account. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant's Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes.

4. Winner Selection: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry on or about 1 week after the random drawing. Potential winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 48 hours of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. An alternate winner will be selected if the initial (or subsequently selected winner if the initial winner is deemed ineligible): (a) cannot be located; (b) fails to confirm that they are claiming the prize within 48 hours of notification of winning; or (c) fails to comply with or otherwise complete all requirements for eligibility set forth in these Giveaway Rules. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

5. Eligibility Requirements: When the Sponsor contacts a potential winner and determines that he/she/they has met all Eligibility Requirements of the Sweepstakes, such individual will be declared the “winner” of the relevant prize. The Eligibility Requirements are as follows: (a) the execution of all Prize Claim Documents; and (b) meeting the requirements in Section 4 above. The winner must complete all of the foregoing within 48 hours following notification of being a potential winner of the Sweepstakes. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL THAT ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS TO CLAIM THE PRIZE HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND FULFILLED PURSUANT TO THESE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

6. Prizes:

   1. One (1) winner will receive up to USD $4,000 to book a stay at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul (approximate retail value or "ARV": $4,000). Booking must be made with an agent of Roame Holdings, Inc.

   2. Three (3) winners will receive 1 year of Friends of Roame Pro (approximate retail value or "ARV": $109.99)

   3. Five (5) winners will receive 1 month of Friends of Roame Pro (approximate retail value or "ARV": $12.99)

7. Prize Limitations: Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Giveaway Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

8. Delivery: Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the fifty (50) states of the USA and Canada. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. Privacy: All Entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner's list. All personal information submitted as part of the Sweepstakes may be shared by and between the Promotion Entities, and each of the Promotion Entities will use such information in accordance with their respective independent online privacy policies. 10.  Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or winning a prize, Entrant irrevocably consent to the use of their name, image, photograph, likeness, biographical information, Entries, statements attributed to them (if true) and any video footage related to the Sweepstakes or prize(s), for the Promotional Entities’ advertising, promotional and/or other commercial and archival purposes in all media now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity without additional compensation. Entrant also consents to the Sponsor putting their name on a winner’s list. Please note that Sponsor may not acknowledge or return any Entries.

11. Limitation of Liability: 

    1. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. 

    2. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING (I) USER ERROR SUCH AS FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS, INCORRECTLY CONSTRUCTED TRANSACTIONS, OR MISTYPED WALLET ADDRESSES OR (II) SERVER FAILURE OR DATA LOSS WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to Entrant.

    3. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such an event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, perform the random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification. 

12. Indemnification: Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and the Promotion Entities, and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes, harmless, from and against any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation: (a) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (b) the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

13. Entrant Determination: In the event of a dispute concerning who registered to participate in the Sweepstakes, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

14. Winner's List: To obtain a copy of any legally required winners list or a copy of the Official Rules, send the applicable request and a self-addresses, stamped, #10 envelope to Roame Holdings, Inc. cc: March 2025 Giveaway at 301 Rhode Island St, Unit B5, San Francisco, CA 94103. Request must be received no later than 48 hours + 6 MONTHS for the name of the winner and, by the end of the promotion, for a copy of the rules.

16. Four Seasons Disclaimer: Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Four Seasons. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Four Seasons. Sponsor is not affiliated with any hotels or resorts.

17. General Terms: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Giveaway Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Giveaway Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Giveaway Rules will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other provision of these Giveaway Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Giveaway Rules or any provision hereof. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. These Giveaway Rules and the Sweepstakes in general shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules.

18. Binding Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, you agree that (a) ANY DISPUTE, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, (b) any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect, (c) any arbitration shall be heard by one (1) arbitrator to be selected in accordance with the AAA Rules, in San Francisco County, California, (d) unless both you and Sponsor agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of class or representative proceeding, (e) judgment upon any award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof and (f) any award or judgment shall be subject to all limitations and releases set forth in these Giveaway Rules and be limited to actual out of pocket damages, and shall not, in any event, include any punitive, exemplary, consequential or incidental damages, attorney’s fees or costs of bringing a claim, or any injunctive or other equitable relief. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
