TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This “WIN A VIP EXPERIENCE AT JCB GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB" prize draw (Competition) is promoted by (a) for UK residents: Callaway Golf Europe Limited of Unit 27 Barwell Business Park, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, KT9 2NY, United Kingdom or (b) for EU residents, Callaway Golf EU B.V of Herikerbergweg 88, 1101CM Amsterdam (Promoter, us, we, our). 

Who may enter this Competition:

1. This Competition is a prize draw and is open to residents of Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden or the United Kingdom (Eligible Countries) aged 18 years or over. 

2. No employees of the Promoter or any member of the Topgolf Callaway Group Corp group of companies, which together with the Promotor are the TCBrands Group nor any of their immediate family or any of TCBrands Group’s franchisees, licensees, distributors, resellers, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Competition are eligible to enter this Competition. 

3. To be eligible to win this competition, entrants + chosen guests must have an official golf handicap of 18 or lower (18.0 or better) at the time of entry. Proof of handicap must be provided upon request. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition. 

How to enter this Competition: 

4. The Competition will run from 12:00 BST, 2nd July 2025 (Opening Date) to 11:59PM BST, 16th July 2025 (Closing Date) inclusive. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.   

5. This is an online only Competition administered by ViralSweep on our behalf at https://eu.callawaygolf.com/ and https://eu.ogio.com/ (Competition Websites). The Competition is free to enter, no purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the Competition Websites.  

6. You will receive one entry to the Competition if you provide your full name, a valid e-mail address and country of residence, and opt-in to receive e-mail marketing from the Promotor and its affiliates who own or are licensed to use, Callaway™ Golf Europe, Odyssey™ Golf Europe, Callaway™ Pre-Owned Europe, and OGIO™ Europe on the Competition Websites when promoted to do so. Every entrant will receive a unique link that can be shared. Each time an individual who is eligible to enter the Competition, uses your link to enter the Competition you will receive an additional 20 entries.  

7. You can also earn additional entries by completing the following actions: +20 entries for each friend you refer.

8. We do not accept (a) responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind’ or (b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition. 

9. By submitting a Competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

10. For help with entries, please email us at europecustomerservice@callawaygolf.com with the subject line “Win a VIP JCB Golf Experience". Please note that this customer service email is not monitored 24/7. We will use reasonable efforts to respond to your query as soon as possible but are not responsible if you are not able to enter the Competition due a delay in responding to your query. 

The Prize 

We will notify the winner once they have been drawn, and the winner will have 24 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn.

11. The winner, plus their two nominated friends, will win the following prize: 

• A four-ball with a Callaway team member on the JCB Championship Course (winner + 2 chosen guests).

• Post-round BBQ for all guests.

• Overnight stay at the JCB Golf & Country Club accommodation for all guests.

12. The following conditions and exclusions apply: 

• All Prize values are based on the recommended retail price and subject to stock availability when you order any products that form part of the Prize. Other than our right to exchange the Prize (or part of it) for a suitable replacement of equal value and purpose, the Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 

• The winner and their nominated friends are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to JCB Golf & Country Club.

How will the winner be selected: 

13. There will be one winner whose entry will be drawn at random from all eligible entries from all Eligible Countries. The winning entry will be drawn using Viral Sweep (https://www.viralsweep.com/) software application.  

14. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the email provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond to us within 3 days of being notified by us, then the winner's Prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner using the process described above.  

15. If the winner rejects the Prize or if the entry is invalid or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner will forfeit their right to receive the Prize and we are entitled to select another winner using the process described above. 

16. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 

Your Privacy. 

17. We have a legitimate interest in operating sweepstakes, contests and other promotions. In some contexts, we are also required by law to collect information about those who enter our sweepstakes, contests and other promotions. By entering this Competition, you agree: 

• to receive email communications from us regarding this administration of this Competition, including notifying you by email if you are the winner. 

• to receive marketing from us and our affiliates. You may opt-out from receiving marketing at any time by clicking unsubscribe on any email received from us or by notifying us at Callaway Golf, or OGIO.  

• to the processing of your personal data under our Privacy Policy including the transfer of your personal data to the United States of America and to our third party sub-processors (including Viral Sweep).  We will only transfer your personal data in accordance with applicable law and have in place appropriate data processing agreements, including model clauses, and organisational and technical measures.  

• We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will publish the surname and country of the winner on our websites and social media pages and send the surname and county of the winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails europecustomerservice@callawaygolf.com  within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at europecustomerservice@callawaygolf.com . In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the relevant regulatory bodies including the Advertising Standards Authority on request.  

General 

19. To the extent legally permitted, no member of the TCBrands Group will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by our negligence or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

20. We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). 

21. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition. 

22. For UK residents: These terms and conditions and this Competition is governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom. For EU residents: These terms and conditions and this Competition is governed by the law of the Netherlands. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of the Netherlands or their country of residence if in the EU. 

DISCLAIMER

The Callaway Golf Europe, Odyssey Europe, Callaway Pre-Owned Europe and OGIO Europe and competition is running from 02-07-2025 until 16-07-2025. One winner will be chosen from all correct entries received. We will contact the winner within three days of the competition closing. Entrants must provide their full name and e-mail address, and remain subscribed to all mailing lists, to be eligible to win the competition.
