    1.    Eligibility: The Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who sign up at the official online entry page and who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of all countries and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Loaded Boards, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

    2.    Agreement to Rules: By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Loaded Boards, Inc. as final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

    3.    Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting April 9, 2025, at 12:00 AM PT and ending May 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT. All entries must be received within this timeframe.

    4.    How to Enter: You must enter the Sweepstakes by submitting the online entry form found on the Sweepstakes landing page. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements as specified. Incomplete entries or those not complying with the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Loaded Boards, Inc. Limit one entry per person. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules will be disqualified.

    5.    Consent to Communications: By entering, you consent to receive marketing communications from Loaded Boards, Inc., including email and SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of these communications at any time via unsubscribe links in emails or by replying STOP to SMS messages.

    6.    Prizes: The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $777. Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Loaded Boards Bolsa II Complete Longboard Skateboard, equipped with Paris Trucks and Orangatang Stimulus Wheels. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Loaded Boards, Inc. to use the winner’s name, likeness, Instagram handle, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    7.    Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

    8.    Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor and notified via the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes within five (5) days of selection. Winners will also be announced on the Loaded Boards blog, and all participants will receive an email with a link to the blog post. Additionally, winners may be tagged via their provided Instagram handle. Loaded Boards, Inc. is not responsible for notifications not received due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or any technical issues. If a winner fails to respond within 15 days or is found to be ineligible, a new winner may be selected.

    9.    Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant Loaded Boards, Inc., and its affiliates, licensees, and assigns, the perpetual right to use your entry, name, likeness, Instagram handle, voice, image, biographical information, and any submitted content in connection with the promotion of this Sweepstakes and other promotional efforts, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

    10.    Terms: Loaded Boards, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

    11.    Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Loaded Boards, Inc., its affiliates, and all associated personnel from any liability, including personal injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a prize.

    12.    Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law doctrines. All disputes shall be resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction in California. You waive any rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or to have damages multiplied.
