Rules

The prize is a Muc-Off prize bundle of cleaning product/accessories as listed in the article.

Prizes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. Prizes are subject to availability and confirmation.

If the winner hasn’t claimed the prize within 7 days from the closing date, and after a reasonable effort has been made by Muc-Off to notify the chosen winner, the prize may be forfeited.

The prize draw is open to entrants over the age of 16, except for employees of Muc-Off and their immediate family, and excludes entrants from countries, states or legal jurisdictions where such prize draws (as defined under English law) are not permitted.

This prize draw is operated by Muc-Off, Unit 23 Branksome Business Park, Poole BH12 1DW, United Kingdom and the prize draw will be governed by English law, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entries will cease to be accepted after (12:00pm) BST on (04/11/2021), after which one winner will be selected at random to receive the prize of that specific prize bundle(s) described as above. Our decision as to the winners is final. In the event of any dispute regarding the prize draw, the decision will be binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Winners will be notified via email by (07/12/2021). To request the name of the competition winners, please send a letter and a stamped addressed envelope to Muc-Off (LISTING OF WINNERS), Muc-Off, Unit 23 Branksome Business Park, Bourne Valley Road, BH12 1DW, United Kingdom.

Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Where event tickets are offered, unless otherwise states, they will be general admission tickets. Travel expenses are NOT included

Muc-Off. reserves the right to substitute a prize or any part of it for other items of equal or greater value for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, lost shipments and international shipping restrictions on some products.

Prizes will be dispatched to winners via Fedex, UPS, DHL or similar depending on the country, unless otherwise stated. We will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our control.

Muc-Off Ltd. reserves the right to alter, amend or end this prize draw without prior notice at any time.

Winners will be asked to send in a picture of them and their prize, which will be used on our Freebie Friday winners page. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the prize draw or the prize(s).
