Terms and Conditions

•  The “VIP Experience at The Amundi Evian Championships” sweepstakes is open to individuals who provide their full name, e-mail address and opt-in to the mailing list for Callaway Golf Europe, Callaway Pre-Owned Europe, Odyssey Golf Europe and OGIO Eurpe on the competition entry page.
• No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter the competition, or in connection with the competition, please e-mail us at: europecustomerservice@callawaygolf.com using “VIP Evian Championships Experience" – “Callaway Golf” in the subject line.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Promoter: Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. Unit 27 Barwell Business Park, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, KT9 2NY, United Kingdom. 
• Employees or agencies of Callaway Golf Europe, or the wider Callaway Golf Company (“OGIO”, “Callaway Golf”, Travis Mathew Pitch Golf), its group companies, their employees their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition, may not enter the competition.
• Entrants into the competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• By submitting your name and e-mail address upon entry into the competition, you agree to receive e-mails from Callaway Golf Europe, Odyssey Golf and Callaway Pre-Owned containing offers and marketing content that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from every e-mail sent.
• Minimum of one entry per person is required.
• Additional entries can be earned by completing additional actions; [Follow the social media accounts of Callaway Golf Europe (Instagram, Facebook), Callaway Golf Pre-Owned Europe (Instagram) for additional entries to the competition; Refer your friends]
• Prize: The sweepstakes winner will win the following prize:

- 1 x VIP entry to watch the final day ( Sunday 13^th July ) of The Amundi Evian Championship + Lunch at the Partners Club ( with Champagne )

- 1 x place at the Gala dinner at the Royal Hotel ( Palace ) on Sunday evening: https://hotel-royal.evianresort.com/fr 

- 1 x night at the Royal Hotel + breakfast 

- 18 holes on the Champions Course under the same conditions as on the last day of the tournament (flag positions, etc.)

- 1 x lunch at the Chalet du Golf

- Flight and transfer costs to the resort (if applicable).

• All prizes are limited to stock availability at the time of placing the order. Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. reserves the right to replace any prize with a suitable replacement of equal value and purpose.
• Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Callaway Golf Europe Ltd.
• The closing date of the competition is midnight 2 July 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
• One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Callaway Golf Europe accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
• The winner will be notified within seven days of the competition closing. The winner must reply within two days of being notified by Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. otherwise the winner’s prize shall be forfeited, and Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within two days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. shall be entitled to select another winner.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
• Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process your prize and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
• Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition will be governed by United Kingdom law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts.
