NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:

   The Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of No Pong Natural Products Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules:

   By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of No Pong Natural Products Ltd. as final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period:

   Entries will be accepted online starting on or about April 18, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and ending April 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. All online entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

4. How to Enter:

   Enter by submitting the online form provided. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of No Pong Natural Products Ltd. Limit of one entry per person. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to enter more than once is prohibited. Fraudulent methods of entry will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes:

   The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $500 CAD.

   Prizes include 5 x $100 CAD spa vouchers, to be awarded to five separate winners. Vouchers may be used at the local spa of the winner’s choice, provided the spa offers online gift vouchers. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. Prizes are non-transferable. All prize-related expenses, including any applicable taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5a. Coupon Codes (Non-Sweepstakes Rewards):

In addition to the Sweepstakes, No Pong Natural Products Ltd. is offering coupon codes hidden across its website during the Sweepstakes Period. These codes provide discounts ranging from 10% to 100% off eligible purchases.

These coupon codes:

• Are not part of the Sweepstakes prizes

• Are available to all website visitors, no entry required

• Are limited in redemptions per code and may expire once limits are met

• Can be used multiple times per user, while valid

• Are valid only during April 18–21, 2025 (ET)

• Cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to past purchases

Coupon use is subject to No Pong’s regular online store terms.

6. Odds:

   Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification:

   Winners will be selected in a random drawing under Sponsor supervision and notified via email within five (5) days. No Pong Natural Products Ltd. is not responsible for emails going to spam or incorrect contact info. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 15 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners must comply with all applicable laws and may be required to complete a declaration and release to accept the prize. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance or mechanical aid.

8. Rights Granted by You:

   By entering, you grant No Pong Natural Products Ltd. the right to use your entry, name, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional purposes worldwide, in any media, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms:

   No Pong Natural Products Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it becomes compromised. Entries may be disqualified for tampering or rule violations. Any attempt to undermine the Sweepstakes is a violation of law, and damages may be sought.

By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails from No Pong Natural Products Ltd. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability:

    By entering, you release No Pong Natural Products Ltd. and affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use, including personal injury, technical failures, unauthorized access, or data errors.

11. Disputes:

    The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario. You waive rights to punitive or indirect damages and to have damages multiplied.
