Rules

1. Eligibility: This competition is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Wildash London, Melt Chocolates, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the competition.

2. Competition Period: The competition begins on Tuesday 27th February at 7pm GMT and ends on Tuesday  5th March at 11:59 pm GMT (the "Competition Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must:

• Visit the specified web address provided by the promoters.
• Complete the entry form with their valid email address.
• Agree to subscribe to email newsletters from Wildash London and Melt Chocolates.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

4. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the competition (the "Winner") will receive one (1) Wildash London Limited Edition Heart Cushion and one (1) "The Book of Love" Special Edition by Melt Chocolates, with a total value of £145. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Promoters. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Promoters' discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any additional expenses associated with claiming the prize, excluding any necessary delivery costs which will be covered by the Promoters, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

5. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Promoters. Winner will be notified by email once the competition has closed. The Promoters shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

7. Terms & Conditions: Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Promoters’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition.
