Official Rules – All American Firepower Three Gun Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

From April 16, 2026 - May, 2026, GrabAGun LLC (the “Sponsor”) is giving you the chance to enter the All American Firepower Three Gun Giveaway for the chance to win one of three Smith & Wesson Firearms.

Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this online Promotion (“Promotion”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

Promotion open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. If you do not meet these or any other requirements in the Official Rules, you are not eligible to win, and Sponsors reserve the right to deny awarding any prize. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received by Sponsors in the manner and format described below.

Directors, officers, and employees of Sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, professional advisors, and advertising/promotional agencies—and the immediate families of each—are not eligible to win. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsors are responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. As an entrant in the Promotion, you are responsible for compliance with all Federal, State and local laws including, without limitation, those governing the ownership, possession and use of firearms, including the National Firearms Act of 1934, the Gun Control Act of 1968, the Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986, and their implementing regulations. Never acquire a firearm for someone who is not permitted to own one. An attempt to acquire a firearm for another person, knowing that the person is not permitted to possess a firearm, is a Federal crime. A Promotion winner can be anywhere in the U.S., but can only take possession of their firearm through an authorized FFL and in accordance with all local, state and Federal rule, regulations and laws. Always have full knowledge of your state and local guns laws before attempting to receive or purchase a gun.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 p.m. (CT) on April 16, 2026, and ends 11:59 a.m. (CT) on May 15, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received within this timeframe and comply with these Official Rules.

No purchase necessary. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize represents Sponsors’ good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

No prize transfer is permitted prior to award. If a potential prize winner is unable to accept or receive shipment of a prize due to applicable gun laws in his or her state of residence, Sponsors will work with potential winner to find a prize of equal or greater value that is legal for the potential winner in that state, with the final prize determined in the sole discretion of Sponsors.  Otherwise, there is no cash in lieu of prize or substitution of prize, except that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.  All taxes, fees, licenses or other charges on prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. As required by law, Sponsors will issue a 1099 Tax Form in the amount of the ARV to the winner at the appropriate time.  

How to Enter

Visit www.grabagun.com/giveaway, complete the entry form, and submit.

All required information must be complete for an entry to be valid. Limit one (1) entry per person per 24-hour period. Use of multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent entry limits will result in disqualification. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Promotion. By entering, you agree to be added to Sponsors’ promotional email lists.

Winner Selection & Confirmation

Winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries. The random drawing will be conducted within 48 hours by Sponsors or their designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the entry information within 48 hours after the random drawing. Winner(s) must accept a prize(s) by email as directed by Sponsors within five (5) days of notification. Any Winner(s) who has not responded to Sponsor’s notification within five (5) days or whose notification is returned as undeliverable shall result in prize(s) forfeiture. If prize(s) are forfeit as a result of failure to respond or deliverability of the notification, another winner(s) may be drawn.

The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a publicity release (collectively “the Prize Claim Documents”) in order to formally claim the prize. Failure to sign and return the Prize Claim Documents within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Prize Claim Documents may result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor. Delivery of the Prize(s) can take up to ninety (90) days from the date the winner has completed all the required paperwork and Winner’s FFL/SOT information is provided.

Use of Winner’s Name & Likeness

By participating, all entrants and winner(s) grant to Sponsors, and their respective agents, permission to use their names, photographs, voices, likenesses, comments, posts about the Promotion, social media handles, and biographical information for advertising and promotional use in any media without limitation, and without further compensation or right of approval.

All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner’s list. All personal information, including email addresses, submitted as part of the Promotion may be shared by and between the Sponsors. Each of the Sponsors will use such information in accordance with their respective independent online privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, all entrants release Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and all of their respective officers, directors, agents, promotional partners and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Promotion and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. By entering, all entrants release Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, ViralSweeps and other social media platforms used to gain entries into the Promotion from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Promotion.  Sponsors are not responsible for prize quality or utility and disclaims all warranties associated with the prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website contest page users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions and entries in the Promotion. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, social media platforms, computer equipment, software, applications, failure of email, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any person's computer, mobile device, or data related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the website contest page or Promotion. Sponsors are not responsible for cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the Promotion, or to defraud the Sponsors in any way, may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won in the sole discretion of Sponsors. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of operating as planned, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and award prizes among eligible entries received.  In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address provided in the entry.  "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

If any applicable law or regulation changes making the prize firearm unlawful to award, Sponsors reserves the right to terminate the Promotion or modify the prize. Promotion governed by the laws of the State of Texas. 

Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsors and not to Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, ViralSweeps or any other social media outlet this Promotion may appear on or that is used to gain entries into the Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube or any other social media outlet this promotion may appear on or that is used to gain entries into the Promotion.
