Terms & Conditions:

Trip is for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) adult travel companion, one of which must be 19 years of age or older, and includes the following prizing:

•   One (1) round-trip flight from Downtown Vancouver to Whistler for two (2) adults, courtesy of Harbour Air Sea Planes;

•   One (1) 4-night stay for two (2) adults, in a dual occupancy room, at Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa;

•   One (1) Winter Snowmobile or Summer RZR Tour for two (2) adults, courtesy of The Adventure Group;

•   One (1) Scandinavian baths experience for two (2) adults, courtesy of Scandinave Spa Whistler;

•   One (1) Eagle Tour for two (2) adults, courtesy of Ziptrek Ecotours Whistler;

•   One (1) Chef’s Tasting Menu for two (2) adults (max value: $200), courtesy

  Grand prize trip is valued at $3,808 CAD. Prize is valid from April 15 – June 31, 2020, with the following blackout date on accommodation: May 11, 2020; and is subject to availability dependent on dates selected. Activities are subject to availability based on dates of operation and inclement weather. Harbour Air Seaplane flights is subject to availability and includes the following blackout period: April 15 – May 1, 2020. The Grand Prize Winner will not receive any compensation if actual retail value of trip is less than projected approximate retail value. Tourism Whistler reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize completely or in part in the event that all or any component of the Grand Prize is unavailable, with a Grand Prize or Grand Prize component of equal or greater retail value. The Grand Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, not for re-sale and will be awarded to the confirmed winner only. The Grand Prize Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary.

  Standard Terms
  
  The Grand Prize is non-transferable and not for re-sale. If the Grand Prize Winner is unable to accept the Grand Prize for any reason, prize will be forfeited. All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including without limitation, meals, taxes, gratuities, incidentals and other expenses, are the Grand Prize Winner’s (and guests) sole responsibility. Activities are subject to availability, operating times and weather conditions. Prize winner and his/her travelling companions are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Prize originate and terminates there. The Grand Prize Winner will not receive any compensation if actual retail value of trip is less than projected approximate retail value. Tourism Whistler reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Grand Prize is unavailable, with a Grand Prize or Grand

VIA CONTEST RULES

No purchase required. Contest begins on March 2, 2020 at 9:00am PST and ends on March 16, 2019 at 11:00am PST. There are a total of 1 prize available to be won consisting of:

Skill testing question required. Open to legal residents of British Columbia, who are age of majority in the province or territory of residence at time of entry.
