OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE $10,000 DONE-FOR-YOU T-SHIRT BUSINESS SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The $10,000 Done-for-You T-Shirt Business Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Will Jack ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You also accept the decisions of Will Jack as final and binding as they relate to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on January 3, 2025, at 12:00 AM GMT and ending on February 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT. All entries must be received by the closing date.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit an entry via the online form on the Sweepstakes page. Additional bonus entries may be earned by completing optional actions, including but not limited to:

• Subscribing to Will Jack’s YouTube Channel
• Following on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
• Sharing the Sweepstakes with friends for referral bonus entries
• Engaging with educational content related to Print-on-Demand

Participants may enter only once using their valid email. Using multiple email addresses, devices, or fraudulent methods to gain additional entries will result in disqualification.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected randomly under the supervision of Will Jack.

• The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the drawing.
• The winner must respond within 15 days to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not respond within this time, an alternate winner will be selected.

IMPORTANT:

• Will Jack is not responsible for emails going to spam, incorrect email addresses, or failure to check messages.
• Winners may be required to verify identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.

8. Rights Granted by You (Marketing & Publicity Release)

By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant Will Jack and its representatives the perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable right to use your name, image, and entry content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Will Jack, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any liability arising from:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes
• Receipt, use, or misuse of any prize
• Technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or electronic/human error

This includes but is not limited to lost entries, data breaches, hacking, or unauthorized access to personal information.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

• This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia.
• Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in a court located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
• Participants waive their right to class-action lawsuits related to this promotion.

By entering, you agree to receive email newsletters from Will Jack. You can unsubscribe anytime.

• This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, or Google.
