Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The “Quantum Driver” sweepstakes (the “Competition”) is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

• To enter, participants must provide their full name and email address and opt in to receive marketing emails from Callaway Golf Europe, Callaway Golf Pre-Owned Europe and Odyssey Golf Europe via the competition entry page.

• No purchase is necessary.

• Employees of Callaway Golf Europe Ltd., the wider Callaway Golf Company group (including Callaway Golf, TravisMathew Golf, OGIO Golf), their immediate family members, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

• By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry Mechanics

• All active subscribers to Callaway Club at the time of the draw will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Competition.

Additional bonus entries may be earned as follows:

• One (1) additional entry for completing the competition entry form via the official landing page.

• One (1) additional entry for following the designated Callaway and/or partner Instagram account(s), where specified.

• Five (5) additional entries for each successful referral made via the referral mechanism provided within the competition platform.

• Bonus entries are subject to verification.

• Only one automatic entry per subscriber will be awarded.

• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.

• Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that entries have been generated through automated means, fraudulent activity, or behaviour designed to unfairly manipulate the Competition entry process.

• Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

3. Prize

The winner will receive:

• A Quantum Driver (either Quantum Max, Quantum Max D, Quantum Max Fast, Quantum Triple Diamond, Quantum Triple Diamond Max, or Women’s Quantum Max D), maximum value £649 RRP.

• The prize is subject to stock availability at the time of fulfilment.

• Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• The Competition closes at midnight on 1 April 2026.

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

• The winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the closing date.

• The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.

• Callaway Golf Europe Ltd.’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with Callaway Golf Europe Ltd.’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

• By entering, participants agree to the collection, retention and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition and for marketing communications from the brands listed above.

• Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the link included in all emails.

6. General

• Callaway Golf Europe Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Competition at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• The Competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
