Entrants further agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 13, 2026, at 11:59 AM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor’s designated computer clock is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit [INSERT URL, e.g., mos.org/mark-rober-sweepstakes] and fully complete the official online entry form with your required contact details:

• Full Legal Name
• Valid Email Address
• Primary Telephone Number (used strictly for time-sensitive winner notification)
• Valid Physical Mailing Address

Entry Limit: There is a strict limit of one (1) entry per household and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple identities, email addresses, phone numbers, or automated entry systems will void all entries by that entrant, and that entrant will be disqualified. Sponsor collects each entrant's physical mailing address to verify eligibility, to enforce the household entry limit below, and, as described in Section 11, to send occasional mailings about Museum of Science programs and events.

6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")

One (1) Grand Prize package will be awarded to one (1) winner. The Grand Prize package consists of:

• Two (2) admission tickets to see Mark Rober at the Museum of Science, Boston, on Saturday, October 24, 2026;
• Two (2) people meet Mark Rober
• Two (2) two-day general admission passes to the Museum of Science, Boston;

• Two (2) consecutive nights of standard hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) in the Greater Boston area for check-in on Friday, October 23, 2026, and check-out on Sunday, October 25, 2026.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize Package: Up to $3,200.00. Actual retail value may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates, and market rate fluctuations.

7. PRIZE & TRAVEL CONDITIONS

• Fixed Travel Dates: Travel must occur between October 23, 2026, and October 25, 2026. Both travelers must travel on the same flight itinerary.
• Flight Allocation Cap: Sponsor or its travel coordinator will arrange air transportation. If the cost per economy ticket exceeds $700 at the time of booking, the winner must pay the difference to Sponsor or the ticketing provider prior to booking. If the cost of the ticket is less than the $700 allocation, no cash difference, refund, or credit will be awarded.
• Local Resident Provision: If the verified winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of the Museum of Science in Boston, MA, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of flights, or Sponsor may waive the airfare component, and no cash compensation or substitute will be awarded for the airfare allocation.
• Incidental Expenses: Ground transportation (other than as expressly stated), baggage fees, meals, gratuities, parking, room service, hotel incidentals, and all other personal expenses not specifically itemized in Section 6 are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in to cover incidentals.
• Event Changes/Postponement: Event tickets are subject to standard venue policies. Sponsor is not responsible if the live event is delayed, postponed, or canceled due to weather, illness, acts of God, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such an event, the remaining portions of the package will constitute full satisfaction of the prize, and no refund or cash substitution will be provided.
• Guest Requirements: The winner’s guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or be the winner’s minor child, and must travel on the same itinerary as the winner. The guest must sign and return a liability and publicity release before travel, or the guest portion of the prize may be forfeited.
• Conduct: The winner and guest agree to follow all Museum of Science policies and staff instructions throughout the event.
• Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sponsor.

8. ODDS

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. WINNER SELECTION AND STRICT 24-HOUR VERIFICATION

On or about October 13, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM ET, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

• Notification: The potential winner will be notified by telephone and email.
• Mandatory 24-Hour Return Window: Because travel must be ticketed immediately to preserve flight pricing and hotel accommodations, the potential winner must respond, execute, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial notification timestamp.
• Forfeiture & Alternates: If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to return all signed documentation within twenty-four (24) hours, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, that potential winner will forfeit the prize entirely, and Sponsor will immediately draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
• Notification Issues: Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner’s failure to receive notification due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or due to incorrect or non-functioning contact information.
• Compliance: Receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with these Official Rules and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by a winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

10. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. As the prize value exceeds $600, the winner must furnish their Social Security Number or Taxpayer ID via IRS Form W-9. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the actual value of the prize received.

11. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation or review. Personal information collected through the entry form is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.mos.org/privacy-policy, and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and notify the winner. Sponsor may also use entrants' mailing addresses to send direct mail about Museum of Science programs, events, and offers. Entrants may opt out of direct mail at any time by contacting information@mos.org. Email and SMS messages will be sent only to entrants who opted in on the entry form.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Any legal dispute arising out of this Sweepstakes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts. Any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
