CONTEST RULES:

To enter, fill out your name and email address (phone number is optional)!  It's that easy!

Submissions must be received by 11:59 pm PST on October 2nd. 50 lucky winners will be selected at random for the grand prize, a Fall at Fox Creek Bridge 11"x14" Unframed Art Print.

PRIZE:

Fall at Fox Creek Bridge 11"x14" Unframed Art Print.  The winners will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

ELIGIBILITY:

This contest is open to residents of the United States only. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify. Entrants must complete an entry form and provide a valid email address to officially enter and may perform the additional engagement actions outlined above for additional entries. Employees of Thomas Kinkade Studios and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their officers, directors, employees and agents are ineligible from winning.

WINNER SELECTION:

This contest runs from September 25, 2023 12:00 AM PST through October 2, 2023 11:59 PM PST. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered and 50 winners will be picked using a random name selector tool on October 3rd. The winners will be sent an email containing a one time code to purchase their free prize. Please note, winners will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping.  The entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her email for notification and receipt or other communications related to this contest.

PRIZE CLAIM:

The winners will be shipped the allotted prize within 24 days after purchasing their prize online. The winner is responsible for covering the shipping cost and monitoring his or her email for notification and receipt of other communications related to this contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reach by Thomas Kinkade Studios within five (5) days, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.
