Camille Rose Puerto Rican Day Parade Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Camille Rose LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

2. Sponsor
Camille Rose LLC, 4547 Knight Road, Ste A, Macon, GA 31220.

3. Agreement to Rules
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

4. Sweepstakes Period
Begins on June 7, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends at 5:00 PM EST on June 8, 2025. Entries submitted before or after this time will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter:

• Scan QR Code at the Camille Rose booth and complete the entry form at https://www.camillerose.com/pages/puertoricandayparade.

• Alternate Entry: Send an email to digital@camillerose.com with subject line: “PR Day Parade.” Include your full name and phone number in the email body.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, and per email address. Duplicate entries will be void.

6. Prize Drawing
Five (5) winners will be selected by random drawing on or around June 18, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days of the drawing. Each winner must respond and complete any required documentation within five (5) days or prize may be forfeited. Alternate winners may be selected if needed (up to three redraws).

8. Prizes
Five (5) winners will each receive a $100 Camille Rose digital gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 each. Prizes delivered via email within 8–10 weeks.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes due to fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen problems. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process.

10. Liability Release
Entrants release and hold harmless Camille Rose LLC and its agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or unauthorized tampering.

11. Disputes
All disputes must be resolved individually in the courts located in Georgia. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

12. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Camille Rose LLC’s privacy policy.
