Terms and Conditions for the Elements4Life Spin the Wheel Competition

By participating in the Elements4Life Spin the Wheel competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Strictly NEW or PAST members only. 
• The competition is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Elements4Life, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• One entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual will result in disqualification.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must visit the Elements4Life website and spin the competition wheel during the competition period.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
• All entrants have a chance to win by entering.

3. Competition Period

• The competition runs for 30 days, starting from [14th Oct 2024] and ending on [14th Nov 2024] at Midnight.
• Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. Prizes 

The following prizes are available to be won:

• 7-Day Complimentary Training Membership (Valued at $69)
  100 winners

• 14-Day Complimentary Training Membership (Valued at $138)
  100 winners

• 30-Day Complimentary Training Membership (Valued at $299)

• $300 Full Access Training Credit

5. Prize Redemption

• All prizes must be redeemed and activated within 30 days from the date of issue.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
• Each prize is limited to one per person.
• If a prize is not redeemed within the 30-day period, the winner will forfeit their prize.

6. Activation of Prizes

• Prizes related to gym memberships and training credits must be activated by visiting the Elements4Life facility and signing up for the membership or service within 30 days of winning.
• Membership prizes will start from the date of activation, or as agreed, not the date of winning.

7. Random Prize Allocation

• Prizes are awarded based on random odds. The odds of winning each prize are outlined as follows:
  1. 7-Day Membership: 100 prizes
     Odds: 1 in 3
  2. 14-Day Membership: 100 prizes
     Odds: 1 in 3
  3. 30-Day Membership: 50 prizes
     Odds: 1 in 6
  4. 60-Day Membership: 25 prizes
     Odds: 1 in 12
  5. $300 Training Credit: 10 prizes
     Odds: 1 in 30
  6. FocusPT™ Sessions: 7 prizes
     Odds: 1 in 43
  7. 90-Day Membership: 8 prizes
     Odds: 1 in 38

8. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be notified immediately after spinning the wheel on the Elements4Life website.
• A confirmation email with details on how to claim the prize will be sent to the email address provided at the time of entry.

9. Promotional Activities

• By participating, all entrants agree to allow Elements4Life to use their names and photos (if any) for marketing and promotional purposes, both in online and offline materials, without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

• Elements4Life reserves the right to amend, extend, modify, or cancel the competition if it becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification at the discretion of Elements4Life.
• Elements4Life will not be held responsible for any technical issues or failures that prevent entry into the competition.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Elements4Life shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy Policy

• Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed as set out in Elements4Life’s Privacy Policy.
