Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKE. 

A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: OSMG Saskatchewan Waterfowl Hunt/Gear Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) 6/15/25 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on 7/30/25. 

SPONSOR: Outdoor Specialty Media Group LLC, 9 Albany Street, Suite 2E, Cazenovia, NY 13035 (“Sponsor”). 

PARTNER(S): National Shooting Sports Foundation, Inc. (NSSF), Carbon TV, AVES Camo, Meindl boots 

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 years of age or older at the date of entry. Subject to all applicable federal & state & local laws & regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate family members of Outdoor Specialty Media Group LLC, Aurora Skies Outfitting (“Administrator”), its partners, advertising and promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes, their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win. The term “immediate family members” means parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, spouses or grandparents, regardless of where they live. 

HOW TO ENTER: There are various ways to earn entries by completing tasks as shown on the Sweepstakes website. Visit the URL indicated on the Sweepstakes advertisement/notification and follow all online instructions on the website entry form including providing your full name any other contact information requested on the form (if applicable) and your email address to submit your first entry (referred to as “main entry”), thereafter follow the instructions (located below the entry form) to earn additional entries (referred to as “additional entries”.) You must submit a main entry before earning the additional entries. 

USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION: By entering this sweepstakes, participants acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor and its Partners and their affiliates may collect, store, and use the personal information provided, including but not limited to name, email address, phone numbers, and mailing address, for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include sending newsletters, special offers, and other communications. Entrants may opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided. The Sponsor will not sell or share entrant information with third parties, except for Partners, and except as necessary to administer the sweepstakes or as required by law. 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, including if it finds an entrant acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or harassing other entrant(s). 

Any entries in excess of the above limit will be voided. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If the Sponsor and/or Administrator suspect that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple accounts/identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void. In the event of a dispute as to the ownership of any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address or social media account Rev 5/28/25 

submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Normal Internet access and data usage charges imposed by your online and cell phone service provider may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, social media platforms, internet or technical errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry information becomes Sponsor’s and its partner's property and will not be acknowledged. Entries that have been tampered with will be disqualified. 

PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Waterfowl Hunt for 2 persons in Saskatchewan with Aurora Skies Outfitting in Canada from October 1st - 4th, 2025. Discounted Hunt Prize ARV is $4990 USD, plus a selection of hunting gear provided by sponsors of the hunt. The trip is scheduled to take place on the planned hunt dates. Arrival on October 1, 2025, and departure on October 4, 2025 - fly-in date October 1, fly-out afternoon or evening of October 4 from the closest recommended airport. 

The prize is for two winners, consisting of:

• Your own private, luxury cabin 
• Guns & ammunition 
• Liability insurance 
• Bird cleaning & packing 
• Hearty, home-cooked meals 
• Unlimited snacks & non-alcoholic drinks 

NOT INCLUDED: 

• Alcohol or incidentals 
• Transportation 
• Hunting licenses & paperwork 
• Bird shipping costs 
• Taxidermy 
• The guide’s gratuity/tip at your discretion 

Winner must have valid travel documents (including but not limited to a valid passport) and travel on dates specified or forfeit all rights to the prize. Winner is responsible for all travel and any gratuities and tip for the guide. The trip prize is subject to availability, and certain restrictions apply. The winner must follow all instructions given by the guide and their representatives at all times. The prize does not include incidental charges, medical insurance, or gratuities. If any of the Prize is not available after winner arrives at lodge due to any reason, such as weather conditions, health or physical limitation of the hunter, that Rev 5/28/25 

Prize portion will be forfeited, and no substitute will be made. Winner cannot transfer prize and is valid only for the items detailed above. If the prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with a similar prize of comparable value. If no substitute prize or portion of the prize is reasonably available, then the remaining components, if any, or if the winner chooses not to receive any portion of a prize, the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of the Sponsor's prize obligation to the winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. All travel, lodging, and hunting trip will be at the risk of the winner. Once the trip is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. The winner may be subject to a background check, and Sponsor is not responsible for any issue that causes the forfeiture of the prize due to the winner's records or legal status. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner is not approved to hunt or is in violation of the hunting/fishing laws (not limited to legal restrictions, physical impairment, mental disability, etc.), the winner will not receive an alternate prize and will automatically forfeit all rights to the prize. Prize ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability and existing rates at the time of booking. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value at the time the prize was fulfilled will not be awarded. The winner may be subject to a background check, and the Sponsor is not responsible for any issue that may cause the forfeiture of the prize due to the winner's records. 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator on or about July 30, 2025, from all eligible entries received, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Potential winners will be notified via email, telephone, and/or direct message. If the potential winner fails to respond within three (7) days of notification, he/she will be disqualified, and an alternative potential winner will be selected. Upon a valid response from the potential winner, he/she will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility & Release of Liability, which must be signed and returned (along with any other documentation the Administrator reasonably requires for prize fulfillment) within 7 days of notification. If the Affidavit is not returned completed within the date specified or if an Affidavit is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential prize winner is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if a potential prize winner cannot accept/receive the prize for any reason, or if a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. The prize may be awarded to an alternate winner by random drawing from remaining eligible, non-winning entries. Attempts will be made to contact and/or verify up to five alternate potential winners. After five (5) attempts to verify a prize winner fail, the prize may be awarded at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner will be required to furnish their Social Security Number to the Administrator on the Affidavit/W9 form, and an IRS Form 1099-Misc will be filed in the winner's name for the prize value awarded. The winner may not have a criminal record or be unable to travel to the Hunt location for any reason, or they will forfeit all rights to the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income taxes), as well as any other costs and expenses associated with claiming or using a prize and not specifically mentioned herein, are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility. 

LIMITS ON LIABILITY: Each eligible entrant agrees and on behalf of eligible entrant's heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its Partners noted herein, Facebook, Instagram and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such eligible entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her/their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any Rev 5/28/25 

manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Sweepstakes; and (c) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Entrants further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him or her would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or Released Party.” Entrant acknowledges that the releases herein are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of such laws to preserve future unknown claims. 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time without notice, if fraud, technical failures, any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules or any other errors or other causes corrupt the administration, security, or integrity of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such cancellation, and in a manner determined by Sponsor to be fair, appropriate, and consistent with these Official Rules. 

DISPUTES: If any part of these Official Rules is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of these Official Rules will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a federal or state court located in Syracuse, NY; (b) the Sweepstakes will be governed and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (d) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. 

PUBLICITY: Entry and acceptance of a prize constitute permission for the Sponsor and its partner designees to use the winner's name, prize won, social media profile, email address, hometown, videos, photos, comments/testimonials and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further permission, compensation or notification to any winner, except if prohibited by law. 

PRIVACY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and its Partners may use your personal information supplied to Sponsor and its Partners for internal marketing purposes. Information provided by you will be treated consistently with the Sponsor's privacy policy, which is located at https://outdoorspecialtymedia.com/privacy-policy/, and that of its Sweepstakes Partner(s). The Administrator will also have access to your personal information for purposes of administering this Rev 5/28/25 

Sweepstakes. If selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list and promotions.
