OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. SPONSOR: Fishncanada.com Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Fish ’N Canada Ltd, 400 Ritson Road, Oshawa, ON L1G 5R2 (the “Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of Continental United States, excluding Hawaii, and Canada, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence at the time of entry, with the exception of employees of the Sponsor, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, departments or agencies, franchisees, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, contest administrators, and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of Contest materials and those living in the same household. By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules. Entrants who do not comply with any of the Contest Rules are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

3. CONTEST DATES AND TIMES: The Contest begins on May 15th, 2026 and ends on August 15th, 2026 at 15:00h EST after which time the contest draw will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER: You can enter by going to fishncanada.com, following the link to the Contest page and completing the registration form as directed. For this Contest receipt of an Internet entry occurs when Sponsor's servers record the entry information. All entries must be complete and are subject to verification by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Limit 1 entry every 24-hour period per person for the duration of the Contest.

Bonus Entry: A ONE TIME ONLY Bonus entry will be allocated for NEW like, follow and subscribe to Fish ’n Canada on Instagram (@fishncanadaofficial), Facebook (facebook.com/FishnCanada) and YouTube (youtube.com/channel/UCIgsC_SKhE_G8btyOmVRBEQ). Up to a total of 3 bonus entries ([SS1] Instagram,  and YouTube) are available by following/subscribing to Sponsor’s social media accounts. Additional bonus entry opportunities may be made available by Sponsor.  Specific instructions will be provided for each bonus opportunity.

Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed, or otherwise, illicit means to enter the Contest, or any other methods not authorized by these Contest Rules, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a prize. Entries that contain false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Contest Rules are void. Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive license to use all entries for any purpose. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an entry. 

All entrants assume any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering, participating in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. Prizes or any portion thereof cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable at time of award.

6. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Contest End Date. The more qualified ballots a contestant enters into the virtual random draw increases the odds of winning.

7. SKILL TESTING QUESTION: Selected Entrants who are residents of Canada will be required, as a condition to winning a Prize, to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, the Sponsor’s multiple-choice random question generator by following the prompt and entering the answer.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND CONFIRMATION: The Sponsor, or an employee, agent or other representative of the Sponsor, will conduct a virtual drum random draw from all eligible entries and select the potential winner (the “Selected Entrant”). The Selected Entrant will be deemed a winner if they meet all the eligibility criteria set out in these Contest Rules. If a Selected Entrant does not meet the eligibility criteria, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive a prize and another entrant will be selected by way of a random virtual drum draw from the remaining eligible entries. Before being declared a winner, a Selected Entrant will be required to: (i) sign and return the Sponsor’s Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form; and (ii) comply with all other Contest Rules, all in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

The Selected Entrant will be notified within one (1) business day of the draw and will be contacted by telephone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry into the Contest if the Selected Entrant entered via the Website or via a direct message if the Selected Entrant entered via social media, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and up to three attempts will be made within 36 hours following the draw. A Selected Entrant that does not or cannot accept the Prize may be forfeited and a new Selected Entrant selected by random draw, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner’s signed release form must be received by Sponsor no later than 2 days following receipt of the release form. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a Selected Entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsor to receive a Selected Entrant’s response.

Disputes regarding identity of entrant: If the identity of a Selected Entrant is disputed, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (the individual assigned to the e-mail address or, if applicable for entry, social media handle associated with the entry). Each Selected Entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder associated with the selected entry.

9. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:

  Approx Value - $6,719.99 CAD

The ARV of any prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed.  If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference.  No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a prize listed is unavailable for any reason. Prize winners shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize.

13. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: The winner must sign the Sponsor’s Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form to: (i) confirm compliance with the Contest Rules; (ii) agree to accept the prize as awarded; (iii) release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its departments and agencies, parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, counsel, marketing partners, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, subsidiaries, agents, artists, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the administration, development and execution of the Contest (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all manner of action, cause of action, claim or demand, loss or injury, use or misuse of a prize or any travel related thereto, and the use of the Entry by the Sponsor, suit, debt, covenant, contract, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach, failure of any third party contractor or supplier used in connection with any aspect of the Contest to perform or deliver any goods or services, any act of God or any other event beyond the Released Parties’ control, any dissatisfaction of any kind by a winner with any aspect of the Contest or any prize, liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants, guests, their heirs, successors or assigns have, might have or could have suffered, by reason of or arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of the Prize as awarded; and (iv) indemnify the Released Parties against any loss, damage or expense, including legal fees, that any of the Released Parties may suffer or incur as a result of any non-compliance by an entrant with any of the Contest Rules or participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by an entrant of a prize and the use of the Entry by Sponsor.

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry information which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest or be awarded a prize, including but not limited to human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries for any reason, mail failures, omission, or any combination thereof, and entries which fail to fully comply with these Contest Rules; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) lost, incomplete, delayed, mutilated or misdirected entries or Declaration and Release forms; (iv) injury or damage to the entrant’s computer or to any other individual’s computer related to or resulting from participating in, or downloading any material regarding the Contest or accepting a prize; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto and the use of the Entry by Sponsor; (vi) the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer “hackers” or otherwise; or (vii) late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential winner.

14. OTHER CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend this Contest at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest and conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries received by the Contest End Date. By entering the contest, you agree to receive emails from Fish’n Canada LTD about but not limited to News, Offers, Tips and other promotional materials. You understand that you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe from this list’ under any email we send.

15. Publicity and entrant information: By participating in the Contest, entrant consent to the use of their name, address, postal code, telephone number, social media handles, comments and image, whether on videotape, photograph or any other means, for the administration of this Contest or any publicity carried out by the Sponsor, without further notice or compensation.

16. LAW: The Contest is void in Hawaii, where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws and all United Stated federal, state and local laws. This Contest shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Ontario including all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest Rules, rights and obligations between entrants and the Sponsor, and procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by the courts sitting in Oshawa, Ontario.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google[SS1] . The entrant understands that it is providing information solely to the sponsor of the contest Fishncanada.com

17. RULE AMENDMENTS: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Contest Rules, or modify, cancel or suspend this Contest, without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the security or proper administration of the Contest.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Sponsor. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or other intellectual property without the express written consent of the Sponsor is strictly prohibited. The Sponsor’s marketing or other partners, if any, shall also have access to and rights to reproduce, copy or otherwise use any materials generated by this Contest or any submissions or materials generated by entrants.

2. ADMISSIBILITÉ

Le Concours est ouvert aux résidents légaux des États-Unis continentaux, à l’exclusion d’Hawaï, et du Canada, âgés d’au moins dix-huit (18) ans et ayant atteint l’âge de la majorité dans leur État, province ou territoire de résidence au moment de la participation.

Sont exclus les employés du Commanditaire, de sa société mère, de ses sociétés liées et affiliées, de ses filiales, départements ou agences, franchisés, fournisseurs, agences de publicité et de promotion, administrateurs du concours, ainsi que toute autre partie participant au développement, à la production ou à la distribution du matériel du Concours, de même que les personnes vivant sous le même toit que ces personnes.

En participant à ce Concours, les participants reconnaissent qu’ils respectent le présent Règlement du Concours et acceptent d’y être liés. Les participants qui ne se conforment pas à l’une ou l’autre des dispositions du Règlement du Concours peuvent être disqualifiés par le Commanditaire, à son entière discrétion.

3. DATES ET HEURES DU CONCOURS

Le Concours débute le 15 mai 2026 et se termine le 15 août 2026 à 15 h 00 HNE, après quoi le tirage du concours sera fermé et aucune autre participation ne sera acceptée.

4. COMMENT PARTICIPER

Vous pouvez participer en vous rendant sur fishncanada.com, en suivant le lien vers la page du Concours et en remplissant le formulaire d’inscription tel qu’indiqué.

Pour ce Concours, une participation par Internet est considérée comme reçue lorsque les serveurs du Commanditaire enregistrent les renseignements de participation. Toutes les participations doivent être complètes et sont sujettes à vérification par le Commanditaire, à son entière discrétion.

Limite de 1 participation par période de 24 heures par personne pendant toute la durée du Concours.

Toute tentative, ou tentative soupçonnée, d’utiliser des moyens robotiques, automatiques, programmés ou autrement illicites pour participer au Concours, ou toute autre méthode non autorisée par le présent Règlement du Concours, y compris, sans s’y limiter, la création de plusieurs comptes, identités ou inscriptions, sera considérée, à l’entière discrétion du Commanditaire, comme une falsification et pourra entraîner la disqualification du participant.

Les participations contenant des renseignements faux ou incomplets sont nulles. Les participations en retard, perdues, volées, illisibles, contenant de faux renseignements, endommagées, mal acheminées, mutilées, brouillées, incomplètes, altérées ou autrement irrégulières, ou qui ne respectent pas toutes les conditions du Règlement du Concours, sont nulles.

Les participants accordent au Commanditaire une licence non exclusive lui permettant d’utiliser toutes les participations à toute fin. Aucune correspondance ne sera échangée, sauf avec les participants sélectionnés. Une preuve de transmission, y compris les captures d’écran ou autres preuves similaires, ne constitue pas une preuve de participation ou de réception d’une participation.

Tous les participants assument toute responsabilité pour toute blessure ou tout dommage causé, ou prétendument causé, par la participation à cette promotion ou par l’utilisation ou l’échange d’un prix. Les prix doivent être acceptés tels qu’ils sont attribués et n’ont aucune valeur monétaire. 7. QUESTION D’HABILETÉ

Les participants sélectionnés qui résident au Canada devront, comme condition pour gagner un prix, répondre correctement, sans aide d’aucune sorte, à une question aléatoire à choix multiples générée par le Commanditaire, en suivant les instructions fournies et en saisissant la réponse.

8. SÉLECTION ET CONFIRMATION DU GAGNANT

Le Commanditaire, ou un employé, agent ou autre représentant du Commanditaire, procédera à un tirage virtuel aléatoire parmi toutes les participations admissibles et sélectionnera le gagnant potentiel, ci-après le « Participant sélectionné ».

Le Participant sélectionné sera réputé gagnant s’il satisfait à tous les critères d’admissibilité énoncés dans le présent Règlement du Concours. Si un Participant sélectionné ne respecte pas les critères d’admissibilité, il sera disqualifié et ne recevra pas de prix. Un autre participant sera alors sélectionné au moyen d’un tirage virtuel aléatoire parmi les participations admissibles restantes.

Avant d’être déclaré gagnant, un Participant sélectionné devra :

1. signer et retourner le formulaire de déclaration d’admissibilité et de décharge de responsabilité/publicité du Commanditaire;
2. respecter toutes les autres dispositions du Règlement du Concours, le tout à l’entière discrétion du Commanditaire.

Le Participant sélectionné sera avisé dans un délai d’un (1) jour ouvrable suivant le tirage. Il sera contacté par le numéro de téléphone et/ou l’adresse courriel fournis au moment de l’inscription au Concours, si la participation a été faite par le site Web, ou par message direct si la participation a été faite par les médias sociaux, à l’entière discrétion du Commanditaire.

Jusqu’à trois tentatives de contact seront effectuées dans les 36 heures suivant le tirage. Si un Participant sélectionné n’accepte pas ou ne peut pas accepter le prix, celui-ci pourra être annulé et un nouveau Participant sélectionné pourra être choisi par tirage aléatoire, à l’entière discrétion du Commanditaire.

Le formulaire de décharge signé du gagnant doit être reçu par le Commanditaire au plus tard 2 jours après la réception du formulaire de décharge. Le Commanditaire n’est pas responsable de l’échec, pour quelque raison que ce soit, de la réception de l’avis par un Participant sélectionné ou de la réception de la réponse d’un Participant sélectionné par le Commanditaire.

Litiges concernant l’identité du participant : Si l’identité d’un Participant sélectionné est contestée, la participation sera réputée avoir été soumise par le titulaire autorisé du compte, soit la personne à qui l’adresse courriel ou, le cas échéant, le compte de média social associé à la participation a été attribué. Chaque Participant sélectionné peut être tenu de fournir une preuve qu’il est le titulaire autorisé du compte associé à la participation sélectionnée.

9. PRIX / VALEUR APPROXIMATIVE AU DÉTAIL

La valeur au détail approximative de tout prix est sujette aux fluctuations de prix du marché de consommation, notamment en raison de l’écart de temps entre la date à laquelle la valeur approximative est estimée aux fins du présent Règlement officiel et la date à laquelle le prix est attribué ou réclamé.

Si le prix d’achat réel d’un prix est inférieur à la valeur approximative indiquée dans les présentes, le gagnant du prix n’aura PAS droit à un chèque, à de l’argent comptant ou à toute autre forme de paiement pour la différence de prix.

Aucune option en argent comptant ni substitution de prix ne sera permise, sauf que le Commanditaire se réserve le droit de remplacer le ou les prix par un prix de valeur comparable si un prix indiqué n’est pas disponible pour quelque raison que ce soit.

Les gagnants seront seuls responsables de toutes les taxes fédérales, étatiques, provinciales et/ou locales, ainsi que des conséquences liées à leur déclaration, et de tous autres frais ou coûts associés au prix applicable.

Selon le prix, des divulgations supplémentaires peuvent être requises.

Jusqu’à trois tentatives de contact seront effectuées dans les 36 heures suivant le tirage.

Si un Participant sélectionné n’accepte pas ou ne peut pas accepter le prix, celui-ci pourra être annulé et un nouveau Participant sélectionné pourra être choisi par tirage aléatoire, à l’entière discrétion du Commanditaire.

Le formulaire de décharge signé du Commanditaire doit être reçu par le Commanditaire au plus tard 2 jours après la réception du formulaire de décharge. Le Commanditaire n’est pas responsable de l’échec, pour quelque raison que ce soit, de la réception de l’avis par un Participant sélectionné ou de la réception de la réponse d’un Participant sélectionné par le Commanditaire.

Litiges concernant l’identité du participant : Si l’identité d’un Participant sélectionné est contestée, la participation sera réputée avoir été soumise par le titulaire autorisé du compte, soit la personne à qui l’adresse courriel ou, le cas échéant, le compte de média social associé à la participation a été attribué. Chaque Participant sélectionné peut être tenu de fournir une preuve qu’il est le titulaire autorisé du compte associé à la participation sélectionnée.

13. DÉCHARGE ET INDEMNISATION

Le gagnant doit signer le formulaire de déclaration d’admissibilité et de décharge de responsabilité/publicité du Commanditaire afin de :

1. confirmer sa conformité au Règlement du Concours;
2. accepter le prix tel qu’il est attribué;
3. libérer, dégager de toute responsabilité et tenir indemnes le Commanditaire, ses départements et agences, sa société mère, ses sociétés liées et affiliées, ses filiales, franchisés, agences de publicité et de promotion, conseillers juridiques, partenaires marketing, ainsi que chacun de leurs administrateurs, dirigeants, employés, actionnaires, successeurs, commanditaires, partenaires, licenciés, filiales, agents, artistes, conseillers, ayants droit et toute autre personne associée à l’administration, au développement et à l’exécution du Concours, ci-après les « Parties exonérées », à l’égard de toute action, cause d’action, réclamation ou demande, perte ou blessure, utilisation ou mauvaise utilisation d’un prix ou de tout déplacement s’y rapportant, utilisation de la participation par le Commanditaire, poursuite, dette, engagement, contrat, y compris les frais juridiques et dépenses, de quelque nature que ce soit, y compris, sans s’y limiter, les réclamations fondées sur la négligence, la violation de contrat, la violation fondamentale, le défaut d’un fournisseur ou entrepreneur tiers utilisé dans le cadre du Concours d’exécuter ou de livrer des biens ou services, tout cas de force majeure ou tout autre événement indépendant de la volonté des Parties exonérées, toute insatisfaction de quelque nature que ce soit d’un gagnant à l’égard d’un aspect du Concours ou d’un prix, toute responsabilité pour blessure corporelle, décès ou dommage matériel que les participants, invités, héritiers, successeurs ou ayants droit ont subi, pourraient subir ou auraient pu subir en raison de la participation du participant au Concours et/ou de l’acceptation et/ou de l’utilisation du prix attribué;
4. indemniser les Parties exonérées contre toute perte, tout dommage ou toute dépense, y compris les frais juridiques, que l’une ou l’autre des Parties exonérées pourrait subir ou engager en raison du non-respect par un participant du Règlement du Concours ou de sa participation au Concours et/ou de l’acceptation et/ou de l’utilisation d’un prix ainsi que de l’utilisation de la participation par le Commanditaire.

Le Commanditaire n’est pas responsable :

1. des renseignements de participation incorrects ou inexacts pouvant affecter la capacité d’une personne à participer au Concours ou à recevoir un prix, y compris, sans s’y limiter, les erreurs humaines, défaillances techniques, participations perdues ou retardées pour quelque raison que ce soit, défaillances postales, omissions ou toute combinaison de ces éléments, et les participations qui ne respectent pas entièrement le présent Règlement du Concours;
2. des défaillances techniques de toute nature, y compris, sans s’y limiter, les défaillances, interruptions ou déconnexions des lignes téléphoniques ou du matériel ou logiciel réseau;
3. des participations ou formulaires de déclaration et de décharge perdus, incomplets, retardés, mutilés ou mal acheminés;
4. des blessures ou dommages causés à l’ordinateur du participant ou à l’ordinateur de toute autre personne en lien avec la participation au Concours, le téléchargement de matériel relatif au Concours ou l’acceptation d’un prix;
5. des blessures ou dommages aux personnes ou aux biens pouvant être causés, directement ou indirectement, en tout ou en partie, par la participation au Concours ou par la réception, l’utilisation ou la mauvaise utilisation d’un prix, y compris tout déplacement connexe et l’utilisation de la participation par le Commanditaire;
6. de la sécurité ou de la confidentialité des renseignements transmis par réseaux informatiques ou des atteintes à la vie privée causées par l’intervention de tiers pirates informatiques ou autrement;
7. des efforts tardifs, perdus, mal acheminés ou infructueux visant à aviser un gagnant potentiel.

14. AUTRES CONDITIONS

Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit de mettre fin au Concours ou de le modifier à tout moment et de quelque manière que ce soit, sans préavis.

Sans limiter ce qui précède, si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, le Concours ne peut se dérouler comme initialement prévu, le Commanditaire se réserve le droit d’annuler le Concours et de procéder à un tirage aléatoire parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues avant la date de fin du Concours.

En participant au Concours, vous acceptez de recevoir des courriels de Fish’n Canada LTD concernant, notamment mais sans s’y limiter, des nouvelles, offres, conseils et autres documents promotionnels. Vous comprenez que vous pouvez vous désabonner à tout moment en cliquant sur le lien « unsubscribe from this list » figurant au bas de tout courriel que nous envoyons.

15. PUBLICITÉ ET RENSEIGNEMENTS DES PARTICIPANTS

En participant au Concours, le participant consent à l’utilisation de son nom, adresse, code postal, numéro de téléphone, identifiants de médias sociaux, commentaires et image, que ce soit sur bande vidéo, photographie ou par tout autre moyen, pour l’administration de ce Concours ou pour toute publicité effectuée par le Commanditaire, sans autre avis ni rémunération.

16. LOI APPLICABLE

Le Concours est nul à Hawaï, là où la loi l’interdit, et est assujetti à toutes les lois fédérales, provinciales, territoriales, municipales et locales applicables au Canada, ainsi qu’à toutes les lois fédérales, étatiques et locales applicables aux États-Unis.

Le présent Concours sera régi exclusivement par les lois de la province de l’Ontario, y compris toutes les questions concernant la construction, la validité, l’interprétation et l’exécution du présent Règlement du Concours, les droits et obligations entre les participants et le Commanditaire, ainsi que les dispositions procédurales, sans égard aux règles de choix de loi ou de conflit de lois.

Tout différend sera tranché par les tribunaux siégeant à Oshawa, Ontario.

Ce concours n’est en aucun cas commandité, approuvé ou administré par X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn ou Google, ni associé à ceux-ci. Le participant comprend qu’il fournit ses renseignements uniquement au commanditaire du concours, Fishncanada.com.

17. MODIFICATIONS AU RÈGLEMENT

Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit, à son entière discrétion, de modifier le présent Règlement du Concours, ou de modifier, annuler ou suspendre ce Concours, sans préavis, pour quelque raison que ce soit, y compris, sans s’y limiter, dans le cas où une cause indépendante de la volonté raisonnable du Commanditaire compromet, ou menace de compromettre, la sécurité ou la bonne administration du Concours.

18. PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE

Toute propriété intellectuelle, y compris, sans s’y limiter, les marques de commerce, logos, dessins, matériel promotionnel, pages Web, codes sources, images, dessins, illustrations, slogans et représentations, appartient au Commanditaire.

Tous droits réservés. La copie ou l’utilisation non autorisée de tout matériel protégé par droit d’auteur ou de toute autre propriété intellectuelle sans le consentement écrit exprès du Commanditaire est strictement interdite.

Les partenaires marketing ou autres du Commanditaire, le cas échéant, auront également accès aux documents générés par ce Concours ou aux soumissions et documents générés par les participants, ainsi que le droit de les reproduire, copier ou utiliser autrement.
