Entry Period: Love, Nala & Knitwise's giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PT”) on August 3, 2022 and ends at 11:45 PM  PT on August 9, 2022 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.

Sponsor: This Promotion is sponsored by Love, Nala LLC

Eligibility: The Contest is FREE to enter. Limit one (1) Entry per individual. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age and older at the time of entry, who have entered with the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under the age of majority in their region and physically located and reside in the United States. ("Eligible Participant"). It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally eligible to enter the Promotion under any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or otherwise. The employees, officers and directors of Sponsor or Knitwise's LLC as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, go to https://lovenala.com/pages/knitwise during the Entry Period and enter your Full name, and eligible email address an “Entry”. *Phone number is optional. Limit one Entry per-person. Entries that do not include all the required information and adhere to the Rules will be considered void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected or incomplete Entries. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility and compliance with the Rules are final.

Selection of Winners and Prizes: 3 Winners will be selected by the Organizer at random to receive 1x Knitwise gift basket includes sweaters, small blanket, short sleeves, and a pillowcase ($400 retail value) and  1 x (Three Months Supply) Love Nala Food & Treats ( Each winner may also be featured on @lovenalaco and @Nala_Cat’s Instagram pages. Winners are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees. Any expenses incurred, whether or not specified herein are the responsibility of the Winner. The odds of winning are not calculable in advance and depend on the number of eligible Entries received. No entrant may win more than one prize. The total estimated retail value of each prizes is $550.

Winner Notification. Each winner will be notified via email on or about June 29, 2022. If any winner does not acknowledge acceptance of his or her prize within 7 business days after being notified that he or she is a winner, another Winner may be chosen using the same procedure specified above. Sponsor may require winners to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, wherever lawful, as a precondition to award of a prize. If any winner fails to sign and return the requested documents to Sponsor within 7 business days, that winner may be disqualified, and the prize will thereafter be awarded to an alternate winner from the remaining entrants using the procedure specified above. The prize will be awarded within approximately 21-28 days of the winner’s complete response to notification.

Announcement of Winners: The prize winners’ names may be posted on our website, Facebook, Instagram, and other social networks. The prize winners will need to provide their email address and mailing address to the Organizer for mailing purposes.

Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by you to the Sponsor will be subject to the Organizer’s privacy policy posted at http://www.lovenala.com/privacy. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party. Additionally, by entering the Promotion you understand that the Sponsor may send you additional commercial marketing emails and text messages marketing regarding the Sponsor and its partners, which you may opt-out of at any time. The information you provide will also be used for verification of your eligibility to participate in the Promotion.

Governing Law: These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the United States Federal Arbitration Act, other applicable federal laws and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

 DISPUTES: ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE VALIDITY, APPLICABILITY OR INTERPRETATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“CLAIM”), SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, EXCEPT THAT YOU MAY ASSERT CLAIMS IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF YOUR CLAIMS QUALIFY. THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY IN ARBITRATION, AND COURT REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS LIMITED.
