OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of all countries and is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Loaded Boards, Inc. and Splay Athletics, LLC (collectively, the “Sponsors”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsors as final and binding as they relate to the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about February 20, 2026 at 12:00 AM (PT) and ending March 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PT).

All online entries must be received by March 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PT).

All times are (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada).

4. How to Enter

The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize.

• Limit one (1) entry per person.

• Entrants must provide a valid email address and valid phone number.

• Email address and phone number must be accurate, active, and capable of receiving communications.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, phone numbers, identities, devices, IP addresses, or automated methods in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If fraudulent methods are used, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

5. Prizes

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $600 USD.

The prize consists of:

• One (1) $400 Gift Card to LoadedBoards.com

• One (1) $200 Gift Card to SplayShoes.com

You are not guaranteed to win a prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsors. No cash or other substitution permitted except at Sponsors’ discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, local, or international taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsors within five (5) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

The winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at entry. The Sponsors shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam filters, junk email settings, incorrect contact information, or otherwise non-functioning contact details.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within fifteen (15) days of notification, or fails to timely return required declarations and releases, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT THE SPONSORS’ SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that the Sponsors, and anyone acting on their behalf, shall have the right, where permitted by law, without further notice or compensation, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use worldwide in any media your entry, name, likeness, image, voice, and statements about the Sweepstakes for news, publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes.

9. Terms

The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond their control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Marketing Communications & Data Sharing

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive marketing communications from Loaded Boards, Inc. and Splay Athletics, LLC.

You understand and agree that the information you provide (including email address and phone number) will be collected and shared between both Sponsors for marketing and promotional purposes.

You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in emails or by following applicable opt-out instructions.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

12. Disputes

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.

Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction.
