By participating in the Pebblebee CES 2025 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules.

Eligibility 

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period 

Begins: January 7th, 2025, at 9:00 AM PT Ends: January 16th, 2025, at 2:00 PM PT. Daily winners will be announced by 6:00 PM PT. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on January 17, 2025.

How To Enter 

Complete the entry form at https://pebblebee.com/pages/ces-2025-sweepstakes. Earn additional entries by sharing your unique referral link. Each referred entrant who successfully enters earns you additional entries. Limit five entries per person per day.

Prizes 

Daily Winners (3 Total) Pebblebee Couples Bundle: 2 Clips, 2 Cards, and 4 Tags. (Retail Value: US$280) Daily Runners-Up (3 Total) Pebblebee Personal Bundle: 1 Clip, 1 Card, and 2 Tags. (Retail Value: US$140) Grand Prize (1 Winner) Peak Lôc8™ Skis embedded with Loc8 tracking technology. (Retail Value: US$999) and Pebblebee Couples Bundle: 2 Clips, 2 Cards, and 4 Tags. (Retail Value: US$280). Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Substitutions may occur if prizes become unavailable.

Winner Selection 

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using ViralSweep’s draw system. Daily winners and runners-up will be announced by 6:00 PM PT each day for January 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2025. Prizes will be available for pickup at CES or coordinated for shipping. The Grand Prize winner will be notified via email by January 17, 2025.

Notification 

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Winners must respond within seven days to claim their prize. Failure to respond results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected. For tax purposes, winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more will be issued a 1099-MISC form.

Publicity 

By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Pebblebee to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions 

Pebblebee reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen events. Entrants agree to hold Pebblebee harmless from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

Privacy 

Any personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Pebblebee’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Laws 

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict of laws principles. All entrants agree that any disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in King County, Washington. The Sweepstakes complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those of the State of Nevada.

Disputes 

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Washington state, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All decisions by Pebblebee are final and binding.

Indemnification 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pebblebee, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond Pebblebee’s control.

If you are not present at CES, you can coordinate with Pebblebee to have your prize shipped to you.

Yes, if you win a prize valued at $600 or more, you will receive a 1099-MISC form for tax reporting purposes.

8. Can I enter without purchasing anything?
