Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Muhdo Health Ltd.

Eligibility to enter 

3. No purchase is necessary.

4. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age (Muhdo Health Ltd employees are excluded from the draw).

5. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

6. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter 

7. The competition will run from midday December 1^st 2019 and will end 11:59am December 15^th 2019.  All entries made before or after this date will not be deemed a valid entry.

8. To enter the prize draw simply submit your name, email address and date of birth via our competition entry website page: https://muhdo.com/eddie (administered by Viralsweep)

9. Muhdo Health Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize 

10. The competition winner will receive a Muhdo DNA and Epigenetic kit.

11. The prize also includes 6 months free consultation with Muhdo Health Ltd’s experts that include geneticists, nutritionists and personal trainers.  

(i) The consultations and communication will be conducted over the phone and by email. Any one-to-one contact can be arranged at the winner’s expense.

(ii) The winner will inform Muhdo Health Ltd of their health goals, which can include any of the 4 current modes on the Muhdo app, which include Health & Wellbeing, Weight Loss, Fitness & Endurance and Build Muscle.  

(iii) Muhdo Health Ltd will conduct the consultation after the DNA and epigenetic results have been returned to the winner. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide a saliva sample   and return it in the prepaid envelope in a timely manner.

(vi) Muhdo Health Ltd cannot guarantee the desired outcome of the winner will be achieved within the six month time frame.  

(i) Muhdo Health Ltd will require the address of the winner in order to post the Epigenetic
 kit.

(ii) Once the DNA and Epigenetic kit has been dispatched, the competition winner will be
placed within the usual Muhdo Epigenetic customer process which includes completing periodic health questionnaires.

12. The winner will be drawn at random using the Viralsweep application. 

13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

14. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

15. The decision of Muhdo Health Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement 

16. The winner will be notified after 15^th December 2019 via the email address provided during entry.

17. Muhdo Health Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. 

18. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within seven days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Muhdo Health Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize 

19. Please allow five days for delivery of the DNA and Epigenetic kit prize.

20. The consultation element of the prize will be stipulated by Muhdo Health Ltd after the DNA and Epigenetic results have been received by the winner and Muhdo Health Ltd will liaise with the competition winner to finalise receipt.

Data protection and publicity 

21. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Muhdo Health Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

22. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@muhdo.com

23. The winner agrees to the release of their name, filming, still photography and commenting during the training session and receipt of their kit.

24. An announcement of the winner’s first name, video and photography of the 6 month health objective process and receipt of their kit will be made via Muhdo Health Ltd’s website, social media channels and email.

25. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Muhdo Health Ltd’s Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability 

26. Muhdo Health Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Muhdo Health Ltd does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

27. Muhdo Health Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize.  On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General 

28. Muhdo Health Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

29. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

30. Each unique entry to the prize draw will receive one £50 voucher that is solely redeemable towards a Muhdo DNA kit or a Muhdo DNA and Epigenetic kit. The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The voucher will be administered through an email which will be received after the competition winner has been announced.
