Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Muhdo Health Ltd

Eligibility to enter 

3. No purchase is necessary.

4. The prize draw is open to entrants over 16 years of age (Muhdo Health Ltd employees are excluded from the draw).

5. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

6. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter 

7. The competition will run from midday March 6^th 2020 and will end 11:59am March 20^th 2020. All entries made before or after this date will not be deemed a valid entry.

8. To enter the prize draw simply submit your name and email address via our competition entry website page: https://muhdo.com/BTCC (administered by Viral Sweep)

9. Muhdo Health Ltd will not accept responsibility if the received contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize 

10. The prize is 2 x hospitality tickets to a British Touring Car Competition round of your choice, excluding Donnington Park on the 28^th and 29^th March 2020. Choices are as follows:

(i) The prize has been donated by Matt Neal in association with Muhdo Health Ltd.

(ii) The winner must pay for their own travel costs and any associated accommodation costs.

(iii) The 2 x hospitality tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

(iv) The hospitality tickets include as follows: entrance ticket and team guest lanyard; exclusive grid walk; Garage tour and team tech talks; meet the drivers; pit lane walkabout; garage access; driver Q&A; live TV coverage; breakfast on arrival; buffet style lunch; afternoon tea; coffee and tea with selection of wines, beers and soft drinks.

11. The competition winner will also receive a Muhdo DNA and Epigenetic kit.

(i) Muhdo Health Ltd will require the address of the winner in order to post the Epigenetic kit.

(ii) Once the DNA and Epigenetic kit has been dispatched, the competition winner will be placed within the usual Muhdo Epigenetic customer process which includes completing periodic health questionnaires.

(iii) The Biological Age and Epigenetic Profile kit retails at £199.99 at time of competition launch.

12. The winner will be drawn at random using the Viral Sweep online application.

13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

14. We reserve the right to cancel and void all prizes if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

15. The decision of Muhdo Health Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence or legal action will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement 

16. The winner will be notified after 20^th March 2020 via the email address provided during entry.

17. Muhdo Health Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

18. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 2 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Muhdo Health Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize 

19. Please allow five days for delivery of the DNA and Epigenetic kit prize.

20. The hospitality tickets will be sent to the postal address provided via Royal Mail or an alternative sender.

Data protection and publicity 

21. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Muhdo Health Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

22. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@muhdo.com

23. The winner agrees to the release of their name, filming, still photography and commenting.

24. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Muhdo Health Ltd’s Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability 

25. Muhdo Health Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Muhdo Health Ltd does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

26. Muhdo Health Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General 

27. Muhdo Health Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

28. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

29. Each unique entry to the prize draw will receive one £50 voucher that is solely redeemable towards a Muhdo DNA kit or a Muhdo Biological Age and Epigenetic kit.

(i) The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

(ii) The voucher will be administered through an email which will be sent to all entrants either before or after the competition winner has been announced.
