CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This contest is open to all citizens, aged 18 and above, of all countries
2. Employees of Go! Go! Nihon including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
3. Only confirmed applications (real email) will be eligible.
4. A guest can get a chance to win the prize below: 
   • Go! Go! Nihon Tour - September Trip, including:
   • Hotel Accommodation (shared room)
   • Guided daily activities
   • Transportation during the activities
   • Travel insurance  
   • Welcome Pack
5. TravelBook.ph will only draw one (1) winners for this campaign, judging the applicant by what is written in his/her "motivation for going to Japan" field in the submitted application form
6. Winners will be drawn following the dates below: 
   • 15th of July
7. The Winner shall be announced via the official Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Go! Go! Nihon accounts. We will also email the winner personally. 
8. A Customer Service Representative of Go! Go! Nihon will also contact the winner through personal email. A winner claim certificate shall be sent to the winner’s mailing address and email address indicated in his/her application; upon claiming of his/her prize, the winner shall submit the following documents through email to info@gogonihon.com: 
   • Go! Go! Nihon Tour - September Trip application form (provided by Go! Go! Nihon)
   • Copy of a valid passport
   • High-quality digital self-portrait
9. The winner must submit all the required documents by the 21st of July
10. Go! Go! Nihon will send the confirmation documents and the Trip brochure to the winner's email address he/she used in the application form.
11. Flight tickets shall be paid by Go! Go! Nihon up to 900 US dollars (tax included).
12. The prize is transferable, but the original winner must submit an authorization letter indicating the name of the transferee, and the transferee’s contact details (e.g. landline, cell phone number, and email address) to info@gogonihon.com. The original winner’s claim certificate will also be canceled and a new claim certificate will be sent to the transferee’s email address.
13. Once accommodations and activities are finalized, additional fees arising from any changes made shall be shouldered by the winner.
14. The prize is non-convertible to cash.
