1. ELIGIBILITY

This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States (defined for purposes of these rules as the 50 states and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are subscribed to the Fathom Unlimited, Inc. newsletter at the time of the prize drawing on September 26, 2016.

Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Fathom Unlimited, Inc. (“Sponsor”), of its Domino, Jetsetter, AnnTaylor, Inc., The Skimm (“Sweepstakes Partners”), or of its affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, web design agencies or judging agencies are not eligible; also ineligible are immediate family members of any such employee, contractor, director or officer and persons living in the same household of any such employee, contractor, director, or officer.

All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Entry in the sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on 8/15/2016 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on 9/25/2016 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Enter by submitting your valid email address and US zip code via the form provided. By completing the Entry Form and entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree to receive newsletters from the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Partners. Entrants may earn bonus entries per the methods outlined on the sweepstakes portal.

4. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants also consent to the use of their name and/or likeness by Sponsor,  Sweepstakes Partners, and their affiliates for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Neither Sponsor, Sweepstakes Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or consultants nor any telephone network or service provider is/are responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete transcription of entry information; for lost, stolen, late, or misdirected entries; for destruction or alteration of entries; for unauthorized access to entries; or for any human error, technical malfunction, delay in operation or transmission, lost data, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, computer equipment malfunction, software malfunction, inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction.

5. PRIZE

One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:

From Calistoga Ranch: Three (3) nights in a 1-bedroom suite, welcome bottle of Calistoga Ranch’s own wine, two (2) Bath Rituals at the Auberge Spa, one (1) dinner for two at The Lakehouse Restaurant, 4-hour use of Mercedes-Benz for self-driving touring of the Napa Valley. Calistoga Ranch prize is valid for Sunday-Thursday stays only, excluding all holidays. Stay must be completed by August 31, 2017. No extensions or substitutions. Package has no cash value and may not be bartered or sold. Stay must be consecutive. From JetBlue: Roundtrip airfare for two provided by JetBlue Airways, including one-way in JetBlue’s premium Mint experience, where and when available, excluding blackout dates 10/6-10/10, 11/19-11/28, 12/19-12/31 in 2016 and 1/1-1/5, 2/15-2/27, 4/6-4/20, 5/25-5/29, and 6/29-7/5 in 2017. (Value: $599.) From Lou&Grey: a $500 gift certificate. (Value: $500.) From Fathom: A custom travel planning itinerary in consultation with a Fathom editor. (Value: $500.) No part of the prize may be redeemed for cash.  (Total ARV: $1599). Prize must be redeemed by August 31, 2017.

Prizes will be distributed by preference respective to the winner drawing order. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Any and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal value will be awarded.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about 9/26/16 and will be conducted by Sponsor or by an independent administrator. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified via email to the email address provided on the sweepstakes entry form. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to the sweepstakes shall be final and binding. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture, and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: (1) a potential Grand Prize Winner's failure to respond to email notification within one (1) day after its transmission; (2) the return of an email notification as undeliverable after three attempts; (3) a potential Grand Prize Winner's failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity, and residency within seven days of its transmission; (4) a potential Grand Prize Winner's failure to validly claim the prize by 9/30/2016; and (5) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules. In the event of prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for an incorrect email address; bounced-back email messages; mechanical or technical failure of any kind; or lost, late, or misdirected email. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable by email will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. Entrants hereby agree that Sponsor, Sweepstakes Partners, and their respective consultants, agencies, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind (including but not limited to damage to computer equipment) resulting from participation in this sweepstakes, downloading, or the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Partners are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner of any prize, or the distribution of any prize.

If for any reason this sweepstakes is incapable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, strike, act of God, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without obligation or prior notice, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may conduct a drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the time of cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other aspect of the sweepstakes.

8. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

By entering, entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sweepstakes Sponsor and Sweepstakes Partners, and their respective consultants, agencies, and employees, from and against any and all losses, demands, damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to (i) entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or (ii) entrant's participation in any prize-related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death caused to any person(s)). The Grand Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in this sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New York without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of New York. All taxes are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor and Sweepstakes Partners, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, dealers, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes.

10. OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS' LIST REQUESTS

To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or for notification of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: "2016 Napa Giveaway” c/o Fathom, 251 West 19^th St. Suite 3C, New York, NY 10011. Requests for winners' lists must be received no later than three months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. VT residents may omit return postage.
