Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the state of Colorado who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor (as defined below) are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside of Colorado and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Cheney, Galluzzi, & Howard LLC. 2701 Lawrence St Suite 201, Denver, CO 80205  (“Sponsor”).

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time and ends on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

• Entry: To enter, participants must submit a valid email address during the Sweepstakes Period via the designated entry form.
  
  

• Bonus Entries: After submitting an email address, participants may earn additional entries by completing optional bonus steps as described in the entry form. Bonus entries are only valid after an initial entry has been completed.
  
  

• Limit one (1) base entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same person using different email addresses may be disqualified.
  
  

5. Selection of Winner

On Wednesday, April 25, 2026, five (5) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email within one business day following the drawing. The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within this time, another winner may be selected.

7. Prize

The winner will receive a REDTIGER 4k dash cam. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $125. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is nontransferable. 

8. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
  
  

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
  
  

• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or ineligible entries.
  
  

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy [https://www.cghlawfirm.com/privacy/].

11. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
