1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the UK and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Quietivity Ltd (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Quietivity Ltd as final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about July 22, 2025 at 12:00 AM and ending August 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM. All online entries must be received by August 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM. All times are (GMT+01:00) London.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the sweepstakes page. You must complete all required fields. Incomplete entries or those not following the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Quietivity Ltd. Limit one entry per person. Use of multiple email addresses or devices to enter more than once will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes: The total approximate retail value of all prizes is £219.94. The prizes are as follows:

   • 1 Grand Prize: The Ultimate Self-Care Ritual Bundle – Lavender Edition (worth £69.99)

   • 5 Bonus Livestream Winners: Signature Inner Peace Bundle (worth £29.99 each)

Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of award. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Substitutions are at the sole discretion of Quietivity Ltd. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Quietivity Ltd to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The main prize winner will be notified via email within five (5) days. Bonus winners will be drawn live during the Facebook livestream. Quietivity Ltd is not responsible for email issues or incorrect contact details. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 15 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Quietivity Ltd and its affiliates the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms: Quietivity Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and Quietivity Ltd reserves the right to seek damages.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Quietivity Ltd and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or use of the prize, including technical failures or unauthorized human intervention.

11. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the UK and the jurisdiction of Wiltshire. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in a court of law in Wiltshire.
