2025 Hendrick Motorsports Fan Fest Terms and Conditions:

Limit is one autograph item per email address/person. Photo ID must match the name the wristband is registered to. If confirmation is not received by Hendrick Motorsports by May 18th at 12 a.m., spot will be forfeited, and an alternate person will be selected to receive their autograph spot. Individual positions selected for autograph session are non-transferrable. Chances of being selected are determined by the total number of entries received. Hendrick Motorsports is not responsible for lost, incomplete, misdirected, or delayed entries. By participating and submitting an entry in the 2025 Hendrick Motorsports Fan Fest Autograph Session, you hereby accept these Terms and Conditions and agree that Hendrick Motorsports, and its affiliated companies, are authorized to use the contact details that you provided for the purpose of contacting you with marketing information, updates, promotions, licensed products, and special offers relating to our business. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE or UNSUBSCRIBE to any email message. By accepting the autograph session position, except where otherwise prohibited by law, those selected agree to the use of his or her name and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation or notice.
