MOONBUG COCOMELON ULTIMATE BEDTIME SURVIVAL KIT SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

By participating in the MOONBUG COCOMELON ULTIMATE BEDTIME SURVIVAL KIT SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”), you affirm and warrant that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Official Rules”). If you do not agree to be bound by these Official Rules, you should refrain from entering this Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR and ADMINISTRATOR. Moonbug Entertainment USA, LLC located at 110 South Fairfax Ave, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is also the administrator of the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open to persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia), excluding employees of Sponsor as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether or not related) of each such employee. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor is also the administrator of the Sweepstakes.

START/END DATES. The Sweepstakes will begin at 9am PST on October 14, 2025 and end at 9am PST on October 20, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer systems will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible for a prize.

HOW TO ENTER. During the Sweepstakes Period, you must (a) access the CoComelon website at www.cocomelon.com/ultimate-bedtime-survival-kit and (b) answer questions about parenting (the “Entry”). An eligible person who submits an Entry in accordance with these Official Rules shall be referred to as “you” or “Entrant” (and collectively, the “Entrants”) herein. A maximum of one (1) Entry per person will be accepted during the Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER SELECTION. Sponsor will select ten (10) winners (each a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”) in a computerized random drawing of all valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will announce the Winners on the website www.cocomelon.com/ultimate-bedtime-survival-kit no later than 11:59pm PST on October 21, 2025 and will directly email the Winners. The Winners must follow the prize claim instructions, if any, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Sponsor’s decision as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the Winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

WINNER VERIFICATION. Sponsor is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of Entrant’s email address, mailing address and/or other contact information supplied.

PRIZES. The Winners shall each receive a prize, consisting of:

(the “Prize”). The total approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Prize is US $480. The Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. Each Prize will be sent by mail, within thirty-one (31) days of Sponsor’s public announcement of the Winners and receipt of each Winner’s necessary information. In the case of unavailability of any listed item of the Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different item of equal or greater value. No item from the Prize may be sold or refunded for any monetary gain. The Prize may be considered a taxable benefit to each of the Winners, for which each Winner may need to pay taxes on the cash value of the Prize, if applicable. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of each Winner, if applicable.

RELEASE. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Viralsweep and each of their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, units and divisions; and their advertising and promotional agencies or marketing partners and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies’ and individuals’ respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Except as provided by applicable law, the Released Parties are not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing errors or omission or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (e) any injury or damage to person or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s use or misuse of the Prize. If for any reason an Entrant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes provided that if it is not possible to submit another Entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible Entries or, as the case may be, received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. NOTHING IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL DISCLAIM, LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT MAY NOT BE DISCLAIMED, LIMITED OR EXCLUDED PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW.

PRIVACY POLICY. The Entrants acknowledge and understand that, except as noted in these Official Rules or in the entry process, all personal information submitted as part of any Sweepstakes will be collected and processed by Sponsor (and may be passed on to third parties) for the purpose of managing the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. Entrants can read more about their rights, how Sponsor handles Entrant’s personal information, and how to contact Sponsor in its privacy policy, available at https://moonbug.com/privacy-policy. By participating in any Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

APPLICABLE LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with each Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. Some jurisdictions do not allow for limitations of certain remedies or damages and so those provisions may not apply to you.  

DISPUTES/ARBITRATION. By participating in any Sweepstakes and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim or demand related in any way to the Sweepstakes will be decided by binding arbitration. All disputes between you and Sponsor or anyone associated with the production, development or handling of any Sweepstakes, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of any Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, shall be submitted individually, without resort to class action, to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) for binding arbitration, under its rules then in effect, in Los Angeles, California, USA, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred and that, unless prohibited by applicable law, under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.
