Upland Knowledge Challenge Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The Upland Knowledge Challenge Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Upland Software, Inc., located at 900 S. Capital of Texas Highway, Suite 300 Austin, Texas 78746 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to attendees of the Customer Contact Week: Orlando who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

• The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on January 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 23, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
• Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

• Participants can enter by completing the entry form on the Upland Knowledge Challenge Sweepstakes landing page and earning entries through eligible activities
• Each eligible activity must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• No purchase is necessary. Alternate entry method: send an email to marketing@uplandsoftware.com with your full name, company, and subject line “Upland Sweepstakes Entry.”

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize: Apple AirPods

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about January 25, 2026.
• Winners will be notified via email using the address provided at entry.
• If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
• Allow Sponsor to use their name, company, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of a prize.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs its integrity.

9. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy

10. Winner List

To obtain a list of winners, send an email request to marketing@uplandsoftware.com with the subject line “Sweepstakes Winner List Request” after January 25, 2026.
