Rules

1. The competitions within this campaign are open to all residents of the UK aged 18 years or over excluding employees, families and agents of Azzurri Restaurants Limited or the other partners involved. No purchase is necessary to enter.
2. The offers within this campaign are subject to specific terms and conditions, which can be found on the individual offers pages and in the email containing the voucher code.
3. To enter the competition entrants must visit www.askitalian.co.uk/12-days-of-christmas and submit the mandatory details.
4. The prizes and offers included within the campaign are as follows:

• 1st December – ‘Win a £100 ASK Gift Card’, sent in the form of a £100 eGift to the winner’s registered email address.
• 2nd December – ‘Win a Belazu Hamper’, sent as a hamper full of premium Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern ingredients from our friends at Belazu to the winner’s chosen address.
• 3rd December – ‘Free Click & Collect Snowball Gnocchi’, available on Click & Collect only, see offer for full details.
• 4th December – ‘Win a Minor Figures Hamper’, sent as a bundle of 6x different 1L cartons, nitro cans and merchandise including a beanie, stickers and pin.
• 5th December – ‘Win a £100 Deliveroo Voucher’, sent in the form of a discount code redeemable on any ASK Italian order via Deliveroo.

• 7th December – ‘Win a Bloom & Wild Christmas Gift’, sent in the form of a Christmas bundle worth up to £100 to the winner’s chosen address.
• 8th December – ‘Free main for a friend’, 2 for 1 mains available on dine in at ASK Italian, cheapest main free, see offer for full details.
• 9th December – ‘Win an Eleanor Bowmer T-Shirt’, one tshirt will be sent out each to five winners at their chosen address.
• 10th December – ‘Win an Aperol Hamper’, sent as a hamper including 1 x Aperol 70cl, 1 x Prosecco 75cl, 2 x soda (small fever tree bottles), 2 x Glassware, 1 x bottle stopper stopper to the winner’s chosen address.
• 11th December – ‘Win a £50 Not on the High Street Voucher’, sent as a £50 NOTHS eGift to the winner’s registered email address.
• 12th December – ‘Win 4 Theatre Tickets and an ASK Pre-Theatre Meal’, sent as a £100 ASK Italian eGift to the winner’s chosen email address along with four tickets arranged with ATG for one of their regional venue Christmas shows. 5. Entries are restricted to one entry per user for each prize during the campaign.
6. Draw Prize Winner Selection: At the end of the Promotion Period all valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw for the relevant Prize Draw to be carried out by an independent person within ten working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, or those that cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason.
8. The campaign will run from 00:01 on 01/12/21 until 00:59 on 12/12/21. Each competition will be open on the day specified only. Each offer will be valid on the specified day only during the restaurant’s opening or takeaway hours, subject to change following any impact on these.
9. A winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries the day after each competition and will be notified via the supplied email address within 14 days of the competition closing.
10. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner at random to receive the prize.
11. All prizes must be claimed before 31/12/2021.
12. All expenses incurred as a result of claiming their prize not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner.
13. The prizes and offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. No compensation is payable in the event the winner is unable to use the prize.
15. The name of the prize winner will be available for a period of two months from the draw date by emailing info@askitalian.co.uk.
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and partners cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering this promotion or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to the entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in connection with this promotion.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions – entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid.
18. The entrant agrees to cooperate in any publicity arising, which may include their name being used online or in print as a result of the competition. If a winner does not want to participate in publicity they should inform the Promoter when accepting their prize.
19. Details of all customers who have opted into communications from ASK Italian will be added to the database. Communications may include but are not restricted to news, offers and exclusive treats. Any use of personal details will be in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
20. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries by or via syndicates and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is attempting to circumvent this condition by, for example, using identities other than their own to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the competition, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
21. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
22. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. 23. The Promoter shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures against the unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data.
24. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion and subject to any written directions given under applicable law:

• cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or
• invalidate any affected entries; or
• disqualify any individual concerned.

25. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. The Promoter’s reserves the right to remove this competition at any time without notice.
