SOUTH SOUND HONDA SUZUKI POLARIS CELEBRATES 30 YEARS SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE INITIAL ENTRY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning the initial drawing.

• Sponsor: South Sound Honda Suzuki Polaris, 2115     Carriage Dr SW, Olympia, WA 98502.

• Administrator: The sweepstakes is administered and     entries are managed via the ViralSweep platform.    

      

• Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal     residents of the state of Washington who are eighteen (18) years of     age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their     immediate family members are not eligible to win. Void where     prohibited by law.

• Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on July 14,     2026, and ends on August 29, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

  2. Initial Free Entry: Visit our website at         www.Southsoundhonda.com         during the Promotion Period to access the official ViralSweep entry         form. Complete the form with your valid contact details. Limit one         (1) initial free entry per person.

             

  3. Earning Additional Entries via Purchase Receipts:         Entrants can earn additional entries by uploading legible photos or         digital copies of their qualifying dealership receipts directly         into the ViralSweep portal during the Promotion Period. Entries         will be calculated based on the pre-tax, final total of the         uploaded receipt according to the following tiers:

                         

     • Parts, Accessories, & Service: Five (5)             additional entries for every $100 spent on any parts, accessories,             or service repair orders.

                   

     • Vehicle Purchases: Twenty-five (25) additional entries for any bike/vehicle purchase under $5,000; 

     • Fifty (50) additional entries for any bike/vehicle purchase between $5,001 and $15,000

     • One hundred (100) additional entries for any bike/vehicle purchase over $15,001.            

  4. Receipt Validation: All uploaded receipts are subject to verification by the Sponsor. Receipts must be clearly legible, dated within the Promotion Period, and match the name or email of the registered entrant. Altered, duplicated, or fraudulent receipt uploads will result in immediate disqualification of all entries.

             

     Prize & Odds: One (1) Grand Prize winner will     receive a new 2026 Honda Trail 125 (Suggested Retail Price: $4,199).     Odds of winning depend on the total number of cumulative eligible     entries received in the ViralSweep system.

         

• Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will     be selected via a random drawing generated automatically by the     ViralSweep platform from all valid, verified entries on August 29,     2026, by 6:00 PM PDT. The winner will be notified by email or phone     and does not need to be present at the drawing to win.

      

• Winner Responsibilities: The winner is solely     responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes, as     well as vehicle licensing, registration fees, and the dealership     documentation fee ("doc fee").

      

• Data Privacy: By participating, entrants agree to the     data collection and processing terms of the ViralSweep platform and     the Sponsor's privacy policy. Contact information is collected     solely for the administration of this sweepstakes and future     marketing communications from South Sound Honda Suzuki Polaris.
