Allied HALO-LED™ Giveaway Sweepstakes Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: 

The sweepstakes is only open to those who are current residential homeowners at the time of entry and legal U.S. residents and 18 years of age or older. Allied's REME Halo-LED Giveaway is limited to the addition of the equipment and does not include the replacement or modifications of the existing ductwork, upgrades, or add ons which can be priced by your Allied Design Comfort Specialist as additions to your winnings. The sweepstakes is only open to those who live in Allied’s service area, which includes all of Northwest Arkansas - Rogers, Springdale, Bentonville, Siloam Springs, Fayetteville, & Bella Vista.

Employees of the Sponsor, the Sponsor Affiliates including authorized distributors of the Sponsor’s products, or any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children, and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void outside of Allied’s service area, which includes all of Northwest Arkansas - Rogers, Springdale, Bentonville, Siloam Springs, Fayetteville, Bella Vista & Fort Smith.

HOW TO ENTER: 

Enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00:01 AM CST March 4th, 2021 and ending 11:59:59 PM CST 28th, 2020. Entrants may visit the Allied giveaway entry page online at www.alliednwa.com/pages/reme-halo-led-giveaway and complete the entry form including all requested information. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CST March 31st, 2021 must meet all listed criteria and must be complete in order to be eligible. Online entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrant’s online service will apply. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical errors, printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof. Limit One Entry per person. 

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE VALUE: 

One (1) Grand Prize: REME HALO-LED™ Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier, including installation.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. 

PRIZE WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: 

Winner will be selected in a random drawing, on or about the following dates from among all eligible entries received by the drawing date.  Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by registered email and/or phone number specified on the entry form and will be required to (a) accept their prize in the timeframe listed in their notification of win and (b) meet the criteria listed in these rules under “ELIGIBILITY,” and as determined by Allied’s service technicians upon inspection. If any notifications or prizes are returned as undeliverable after one attempt and/or the Prize winner's affidavit and release is not returned to the Sponsor within 14 days of date of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Limit one prize per person/family/household. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. For a period of one year following delivery of the Grand Prize, winners must allow themselves to be contacted by the Sponsor or its designated agents for the purpose of obtaining feedback, testimonials, or other information regarding the appliances. Sponsor or its designated agents will coordinate the delivery timing and arrangements of the appliances to winner. Expected prize delivery is 3 to 6 weeks after being verified as the official winner and is subject to change. 

GENERAL RULES: 

Online entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. In the event this sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes and, in such event, to select winner by random drawing from among all eligible online entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension, and all eligible mailed entries received. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. All aspects of the prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value of an advertised prize if unavailable for any reason. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Prize winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind whatsoever against the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor Affiliates, including any accident, loss, injury, or death occurring, or in any way related to the prizes or use/misuse thereof, or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use the prize. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prizes including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Winner, in accepting his or her prize, consents to the use of his or her name, address (city, state), photograph, and likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, and promoting in any and all media on behalf of the Sponsor, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes.
