Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ONE OF THE PRIZES IS A SHORT-BARRELED RIFLE (“SBR”) REGULATED UNDER THE NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT (“NFA”) AND ADDITIONAL STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. THE SBR PRIZE IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO ENTRANTS WHO CAN LAWFULLY RECEIVE, REGISTER, POSSESS, AND TAKE TRANSFER OF THE SBR IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE AND WHO COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED TRANSFER AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES. ENTRANTS WHO ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE SBR PRIZE MAY REMAIN ELIGIBLE FOR THE OTHER FIREARM PRIZES. 

Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States at the time of entry if you reside in New York or Florida, or if you do not meet the eligibility requirements listed below.  

Rules, Terms and Conditions 

Sponsor: The Sponsor of Victory with Auto-Ordnance Giveaway by GunBroker is Outdoors Online, LLC d/b/a GunBroker.com (“Sponsor”).  

1. Eligibility: Victory with Auto-Ordnance Giveaway by GunBroker (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://www.gunbroker.com/c/sweepstakes/; are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry; are legal residents physically located in an eligible U.S. jurisdiction at the time of entry; and are legally eligible to own, possess receive, and take transfer of at least one of the firearm prizes offered in this Sweepstakes. Eligibility for the SBR Prize is subject to the additional requirements below. 
    
   Sweepstakes entrants in eligible U.S. states must be able to legally own, possess, receive, and take transfer of the specific firearm prize awarded in their state and local jurisdiction of legal residence and must be able to provide proof of legal residency.  

1. SBR Prize Eligibility. The Auto-Ordnance M1 Carbine SBR, Model AOM230 (the “SBR Prize”), is a short-barreled rifle regulated under the NFA and may also be prohibited or restricted by state or local law. To be eligible for the SBR Prize, an entrant must: (i) reside in a jurisdiction where the SBR Prize may lawfully be transferred, registered, received, and possessed; (ii) be individually eligible to receive and possess the SBR Prize; (iii) identify an appropriately licensed FFL and special occupational taxpayer (“FFL/SOT”) in the entrant’s state of residence that is willing and legally able to receive and process the transfer; (iv) timely complete all applications, forms, fingerprinting, identification, permitting, registration, background-check, and other requirements imposed by applicable law or the transferring FFL/SOT; and (v) obtain all required governmental approvals before taking possession. 

2. Eligibility for the SBR Prize will be determined using the entrant’s verified primary residence and applicable law in effect at the time of winner selection and prize fulfillment. Sponsor may require written confirmation from the transferring FFL/SOT concerning the legality and availability of the proposed transfer. An entrant’s ineligibility for the SBR Prize will not, by itself, disqualify the entrant from consideration for the non-SBR prizes. 

3. This Sweepstakes is not open to any persons who are prohibited by any federal, state, or local law from owning, possessing, receiving, or taking transfer of firearms, or to residents of states or jurisdictions where owning, possessing, receiving, or transferring the firearm prize, or any part thereof, is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. 
    
   Persons residing or stationed in U.S. territories and possessions, U.S. military installations or diplomatic stations in foreign countries, and all other foreign locations are also excluded from and are not eligible for participation in this Sweepstakes. 
    
   The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) eligible United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, U.S. territories, U.S. possessions, overseas military installations, and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Outdoors Online, LLC d/b/a GunBroker.com, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. 

For avoidance of doubt, this Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, all U.S. Commonwealths, territories, possessions, overseas military installations, and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

Territory: Except where excluded, the Sweepstakes consists of an online sweepstakes conducted in the forty-eight (48) eligible United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, U.S. Commonwealth territories and other U.S territories, U.S. possessions, overseas military installations, and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law, during the Promotion Period. 

0. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes. 

1. Opt in: By accepting these Rules, you consent to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor and its Sweepstakes partners, including Kahr Firearms Group/Auto-Ordnance Corp., if applicable and as disclosed on the Sweepstakes entry page. This may include newsletters, promotional offers, product updates, and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or by contacting us directly. Your information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies identified in these Official Rules and/or on the Sweepstakes entry page. 
    
   Entry in the Sweepstakes is not conditioned on remaining subscribed to marketing communications after entry, and opting out of marketing communications after entry will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning or eligibility, provided the entrant remains reachable for prize notification and verification purposes. 

2. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026 at 11:00AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

3. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://www.gunbroker.com/c/sweepstakes/. Participants must pass any and all verification requirements including email verification, fraud-screening, eligibility verification, and any other verification requirements determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 
    
    
    

1. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that you are subscribing to the Sponsor’s email newsletter(s) as indicated on the Sweepstakes Page for that specific sweepstakes or granting your approval for Sponsor to add you to their newsletter subscription list, subject to your right to unsubscribe as described above. 

2. Online Entry: There is one method of initial entry into the Sweepstakes. Follow the link provided and complete the required information on the entry form. At minimum, you will be required to provide your first and last name, your email address, your state, agree to receive emails, confirm you are at least 21 years of age or older, and confirm that you are legally eligible to own, possess, receive, and take transfer of at least one of the firearm prizes offered. Entrants who wish to be considered for the SBR Prize may be required to separately certify that they satisfy the SBR Prize eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules.  

3. Bonus Entries: A Sweepstakes may provide for additional entries (“Bonus Entries”). A Participant may only receive a Bonus Entry if the minimum mandatory entry has been completed. Bonus Entries are optional and may not be available on every Sweepstakes. Participant must complete the required action to earn the Bonus Entry. 

4. For certain Sweepstakes, an additional opportunity may be listed on the Sweepstakes Page to earn Bonus Entries in that Sweepstakes via a “referral” program whereby you can post a unique link in your social media feeds and receive such Bonus Entries for each eligible person who follows your link and enters the applicable Sweepstakes online. When this opportunity exists for a given Sweepstakes, it will be listed on the applicable Sweepstakes Page with complete details. 
    
    

0. It is your responsibility to ensure that posting of any referral link is compliant with all state and federal laws as well as the terms of service for the platform on which you are posting. Any social media post sharing a referral link must clearly and conspicuously disclose that the post is incentivized by the opportunity to receive additional Sweepstakes entries. The disclosure must be difficult to miss and understandable to ordinary viewers. Examples may include: “I get extra sweepstakes entries if you enter through my link” and/or a clear hashtag such as #SweepstakesEntry. A hashtag alone, such as #sweepstakes or #contest, may not be sufficient if it does not clearly communicate the incentivized nature of the post. 

1.  If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Proof of entry of information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to, or receipt by, Sponsor of an entry. Entries made by any other individual or any entity on Entrant’s behalf, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, invalid, prohibited, or misdirected entries. 

2. Prizes: Three (3) potential winners of the Sweepstakes will receive the following prizes:  

• One (1) potential winner will receive a Auto-Ordnance M1 Carbine SBR .30 Caliber Carbine Model: AOM230 (the “SBR Prize”), approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1,870.00 USD. 

• The SBR Prize has a 12-inch barrel and is regulated under the NFA. It may not be transferred or released to the winner until all required federal, state, and local approvals and transfer requirements have been completed. The stated ARV does not include FFL/SOT charges, fingerprinting or processing expenses, state or local permit or registration fees, or other costs associated with completing the transfer. The SBR Prize ordinarily includes a 15-round magazine. If that magazine may not lawfully be transferred to the potential winner, Sponsor or the prize provider may remove it or replace it with a lawful magazine, if available, without further compensation. 

• One (1) potential winner will receive a Auto-Ordnance Squadron 1911 .45 ACP Model: 1911BKOWC3, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1,403.00 USD. 

• One (1) potential winner will receive a Auto-Ordnance Army 1911 .45 ACP Model: 1911BKOC15, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1,399.00 USD. 

0.  Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of each prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the potential Winner is not permitted. 
    
   Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shipping costs not expressly assumed by Sponsor, background-check fees, Form 4473 processing fees, and FFL transfer fees, shall be the sole responsibility of the potential Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the potential Winner’s name, likeness, city, state, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

1. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

2. Potential Winner Selection and Notification: The potential Winners will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor within seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes. The potential Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided at entry. Each potential Winner must respond to Sponsor via email to claim the prize and must follow the instructions contained in his or her notification, including returning Prize Claim Documents and demonstrating eligibility in accordance with these Official Rules.  
    
   The Sponsor shall have no liability for a potential Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, security settings, email filtering, or for a potential Winner’s provision of incorrect, inactive, or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, fails to timely return completed and executed Prize Claim Documents, fails any required background check, is unable or unwilling to take lawful transfer of the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner may be selected from among the remaining entries eligible for that particular prize. Any alternate potential winner for the SBR Prize will be selected only from the remaining SBR-eligible entries.  
    
   Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes by the potential Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by the potential Winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will result in the potential Winner’s disqualification, and all privileges as potential Winner will be immediately terminated. 

3. Prize Claim Documents. Each potential Winner will be required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9 and will be responsible for all applicable taxes and any transfer fee/Form 4473 fees charged by the selected FFL. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to each Winner for the fair market value or approximate retail value of the prize, as required by applicable law. 
    
   The Prize Claim Documents may include, but are not limited to: a Declaration or Affidavit of Eligibility, as solely determined by Sponsor; Release of Liability; Publicity Release, where lawful; Federal IRS Form W-9 for tax filing purposes for the year a prize is received; a government-issued photo ID that accurately matches the name and address used to enter the Sweepstakes; proof of legal residency; proof of age; and such other documents as may be determined by Sponsor.  
    
   All Prize Claim Documents must be returned as provided in the directions to the Winner. Prizes that require shipping to the Winner’s selected FFL will ship approximately four to six weeks from date of verification, subject to availability, legal compliance, shipping restrictions, and completion of all required documentation and transfer requirements. For a prize that requires in-person delivery through an FFL, Sponsor will coordinate such delivery with the Winner. No delivery through an FFL will be permitted until all verifications and authorizations have been confirmed. If verification of any information provided results in forfeiture, no prize will be awarded to that individual. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The four-to-six-week estimate does not apply to the SBR Prize. Fulfillment of the SBR Prize may take substantially longer and will depend on the availability of an appropriate FFL/SOT, approval of any required dealer-to-dealer transfer, completion and approval of ATF Form 4 or any successor or other form required by applicable law, and satisfaction of all state and local requirements. Sponsor makes no representation concerning governmental processing times. 

1. Transfer of Firearm Prizes. Each firearm prize must be transferred through an appropriately licensed federal firearms licensee in the potential winner’s state of residence. No firearm will be shipped directly to or released directly to a potential winner. Each transfer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and to the policies and determinations of the transferring FFL. 

1. Additional SBR Transfer Requirements. The SBR Prize will be transferred only through an FFL/SOT authorized and willing to process the transfer. The SBR Prize must remain in the possession of the transferring FFL/SOT until all forms, registrations, background checks, permits, and governmental approvals required by then-applicable law and the transferring FFL/SOT have been completed or obtained. This may include ATF Form 4 or a successor form, fingerprints, photographs or identification documents, and state or local permits or registrations. The potential winner may not take possession of the SBR Prize before receiving all required approvals. 

2. Sponsor and the prize provider will not be responsible for determining whether an entrant should apply individually or through a trust or other entity, preparing the entrant’s NFA documentation, providing legal advice, or guaranteeing that any application or transfer will be approved. The potential winner must cooperate fully and timely with Sponsor, the prize provider, and the transferring FFL/SOT. 

3. 14. No selected entrant will be confirmed as a Winner of a firearm prize unless and until Sponsor has completed its eligibility verification and the applicable firearm can be lawfully transferred. If a potential winner is unable or unwilling to complete a lawful transfer; fails to obtain a required ATF, state, or local approval; fails to identify a qualified and willing FFL or FFL/SOT; fails to timely provide required information or documentation; is denied by the transferring licensee; or otherwise cannot lawfully receive or possess the prize, the potential winner will be disqualified from receiving that prize. 

4. If the SBR Prize cannot be awarded to a potential winner, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining SBR-eligible entries. If no eligible alternate is available, or if a change in law or other circumstance makes fulfillment impracticable, Sponsor may substitute a lawful firearm or other prize of equal or greater ARV. A potential winner may not demand cash or a particular substitute prize. 

0. By entering the Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, without limitation, your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, city, state, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.  
    
   If the Sweepstakes requires or permits the submission of any photo, video, text, review, social media post, or other user-generated content, by submitting such content you represent and warrant that your submission is your original work of authorship, does not violate any third party’s proprietary, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, and complies with all applicable platform terms and laws. If your submission is claimed to constitute infringement or violation of any third party right, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from and against any related claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses. 

1. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, force majeure, legal restriction, firearm transfer restriction, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, legality, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select Winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor, if appropriate. 
    
   The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempts to circumvent firearm-transfer requirements, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. 
    
   The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user using different email addresses, identities, devices, IP addresses, or households in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, automated entry services, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

2. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Outdoors Online, LLC dba GunBroker.com and its parent Outdoor Holding Company, Kar Firearms Group/Auto-Ordnance Corp,. and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, "Released Parties") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or attempted use of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) any firearm transfer, background check, denial, delay, or inability to complete lawful transfer of any prize; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; (vi) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vii) printing errors; or (viii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail. 

3. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Georgia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses directly associated with entering the Sweepstakes. You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

4. Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Official Rules remain in full force and effect.

   Entrant information may also be shared with Sweepstakes partners, including Kahr Firearms Group/Auto-Ordnance Corp., if disclosed on the Sweepstakes entry page and/or as reasonably necessary for administration, verification, prize fulfillment, marketing communications, or legal compliance. 

6. Winners List. The first name, last initial, city and state of the Winner(s) in each Sweepstakes will be available on the Site (www.gunbroker.com/c/sweepstakes/Winner) for at least ninety (90) days after the end of the applicable Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law or unless publication is delayed due to winner verification, prize forfeiture, or alternate-winner selection. 

7. Social Network Disclaimer: The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, or any other social network. 

8. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
