Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and representatives of True Medicine, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, the participating brands (Sleep Solutions Inc. d/b/a Chilipad by Sleepme, Withings, Duplex International Trading Limited d/b/a Project E Beauty, Brooklinen, and AG1), and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate or win. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules, including any entry submitted by a resident of a state excluded above. Disqualified entries are void and are not eligible to win.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on Monday, September 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Truemed Fall Health Reset Giveaway landing page and follow the instructions to enter by submitting your name and email address. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

After entering, you may earn additional entries at no cost by referring friends who enter (three (3) entries for each friend who enters, up to five (5) friends) and following Truemed and each participating brand on Instagram (one (1) entry each), up to a maximum of twenty-two (22) total entries per person. These bonus actions are optional, are free, and are not required to enter or win.

To enter without joining the email list or providing marketing consent, hand-print your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a card and mail it to: True Medicine, Inc., Attn: Sweepstakes Administrator, 1800 E. 4th St. Unit 101, Austin, TX 78702. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by October 3, 2026. Mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry and does not require joining any list.

By entering, you agree to receive communications from True Medicine, Inc. and the participating brands (Chilipad, Withings, Project E Beauty, Brooklinen, and AG1) and accept these Official Rules.

4. Prizes

A total of six (6) prizes will be awarded. Each of the five participating brands has contributed two (2) units of its prize: one to the Grand Prize bundle and one as a Bonus Prize.

Grand Prize (1 winner). One (1) winner will receive a prize bundle consisting of one (1) of each of the following:

• Chilipad 2.0 bed cooling system, winner's choice of bed size and of a single-zone (one sleeper) or dual-zone (two sleepers) configuration, subject to the sizes offered in each configuration (ARV up to $3,198);
• Withings ScanWatch 2 (ARV $369.95), see model allocation below;
• Project E Beauty LumaLux Face Pro LED Red Light Therapy Mask, face-only 800-LED model (ARV $369);
• Brooklinen Washed European Linen Core Sheet Set, winner's choice of size (ARV up to $429);
• AGZ Nightly Sleep Support from AG1, 30-count pack plus frother, winner's choice of Chocolate or Chocolate Mint (ARV $99, one-time retail price).

Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize bundle: $4,464.95.

Bonus Prizes (5 winners). Five (5) additional winners will each receive one (1) prize. One Bonus Prize will be awarded per brand, as follows:

• One (1) Chilipad 2.0 bed cooling system, winner's choice of bed size and of a single-zone (one sleeper) or dual-zone (two sleepers) configuration, subject to the sizes offered in each configuration (ARV up to $3,198);
• One (1) Withings ScanWatch Nova or ScanWatch Nova Brilliant (ARV $599.95), see model allocation below;

Withings model allocation. Two (2) Withings smartwatches are awarded in total across the Grand Prize and the Withings Bonus Prize: one (1) ScanWatch 2 (ARV $369.95) and one (1) ScanWatch Nova or ScanWatch Nova Brilliant (ARV $599.95, the same across both variants). Which winner receives which model, and which Nova variant is supplied, will be determined by Sponsor in consultation with the winners; neither winner is guaranteed a specific model or variant.

Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes offered: $9,159.90, based on each brand's manufacturer's suggested retail price at the time the Sweepstakes is announced and subject to change. Limit one (1) prize per person or household. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's discretion; Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued where required by law. Each participating brand is responsible for fulfilling its own prize item.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

All winners will be selected by random drawing from the same pool of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn first; each Bonus Prize will then be drawn, in turn, from the remaining eligible entries. The drawings will occur on or about Monday, October 5, 2026, and will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected at True Medicine, Inc.'s discretion. Sponsor will never request payment, gift cards, wire transfers, or financial-account information as a condition of claiming a prize.

6. Release and Privacy

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the participating brands, and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Information collected as part of this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable law. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from True Medicine, Inc. and, where applicable, the participating brands. Consent to marketing is not required to enter or win (see the mail-in method above), and entrants may opt out at any time.

7. Social Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, or any other platform. Entrants release these platforms from any and all liability arising from or related to the Sweepstakes. The follow-based bonus entries are optional; Sponsor cannot and does not verify follow status, and no follow is required to enter or win.

8. Miscellaneous

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, delay, or otherwise modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, and in such case may select the winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
