BRAND MADNESS OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES HAVE THE SAME CHANCE OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older (18 years or older for residents of Maine) as of date of entry. Employees of The Buckle, Inc. and Buckle Brands, Inc. (collectively “Buckle”), Affliction, American Fighter, Amuse Society, Billabong, Fox, Oakley, Rock Revival, RVCA, Salvage, Society, Veece, and their parent entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and inherent agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such family members are not eligible. All U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

1) ONLINE PRIZES: Enter the sweepstakes online by visiting www.buckle.com/sweepstakes from 12:01 AM (CT) on 3/6/17 through 11:59 PM (CT) on 3/26/17 and following the on-screen directions to enter the sweepstakes. Limit one online entry per person. Bonus Entries: Upon submitting the online entry form, each entrant will be eligible for bonus entries by following the instructions online; bonus entries will be void if such instructions are not followed in their entirety. One bonus entry will be awarded for each of the following activities: (i) following @ BuckleStore on Twitter, (ii) tweeting the suggested tweet on Twitter, (iii) following @buckle on Instagram, (iv) following Buckle on Pinterest, (v) pinning the suggested pin on Pinterest, (vi) following buckle_official on Snapchat, and (vii) for referring a friend who enters the sweepstakes from the referral. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4/10/17 from among all eligible entries received by Deloitte & Touche LLP, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Potential winners will be notified by email, mail, and/or phone. Limit one prize per person. Odds of winning each prize are based solely on the number of eligible entries received. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: One (1) grand prize: A $500 Brand Madness Gift Card. Two (2) first prizes: A $250 Brand Madness Gift Card. Twenty-five (25) second prizes: A $100 Brand Madness Gift Card. Fifty (50) third prizes: A $50 Brand Madness Gift Card. Two hundred (200) fourth prizes: A $20 Brand Madness Gift Card. Total retail value of all prizes: $10,000. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Brand Madness Gift Cards are redeemable for Buckle merchandise only and have no cash value.

2) GAME CARDS: PICK UP A GAME CARD AT PARTICIPATING STORES: From 3/6/17 to 3/26/17, or while game card supplies last, try on merchandise from a Participating Brand at any Buckle retail location to receive an Official Game Card for a chance to win a special offer. Limit one Official Game Card request per person, per day. ALTERNATIVE METHOD: Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope via US Mail to: Brand Madness Game Card, P.O. Box 1480, Kearney, NE 68848-1480. Limit one request per outer envelope. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by 3/26/17. SPECIAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: If your Official Game Card reveals the message, “You won a $20 Brand Madness Gift Card” or “You won a $10 Brand Madness Gift Card” or “You won a $5 Brand Madness Gift Card,” you are eligible to redeem the special offer specified (subject to verification). If your Official Game Card reveals any message other than those stated above, or is blank, you are not an offer recipient. Official Game Cards are available while supplies last. Special offers must be redeemed at a participating Buckle retail location or on buckle.com by 5/1/17. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer/discount, or on previously purchased merchandise, including layaways. Not redeemable for cash or payment on a credit card. Limit one offer redemption per person, per day. OFFICIAL GAME CARD VERIFICATION: All Official Game Cards are subject to verification. Decisions of the judges are final. All materials submitted become the property of Buckle and will not be returned. Any Official Game Card that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, removed, forged, cut, torn, contains printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, was not obtained legitimately, or was distributed where prohibited by law, is null and void. Official Game Cards may not be transferred or sold. In the event of a printing error, neither Buckle nor its respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. If, due to a printing, production or other error, more offers are distributed, or more offers are redeemed than are intended to be awarded for any offer level, Buckle may suspend the promotion for any respective offer at such time the stated amount of offers are redeemed or, in the case where more offers have been redeemed than intended, at such time Buckle becomes aware of the error. In no event will Buckle be obligated to award more than the stated number of offers. OFFERS, VALUES AND APPROXIMATE ODDS OF RECEIVING AN OFFER: 36,625 Offers of a $5 Brand Madness Gift Card, 1:11; 7,325 Offers of a $10 Brand Madness Gift Card, 1:55; 2,930 Offers of a $20 Brand Madness Gift Card, 1:138. Offers consist of only the items specifically listed as the offer.

GENERAL RULES: All U.S. federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Potential grand and first prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 10 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/offer notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Winner/offer recipient may make no substitution or transfer of prize/offer. Buckle reserves the right to substitute prize/offer of equal or greater value. Buckle disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information connected with this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes portion of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud beyond control of Buckle, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Buckle reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes portion of the promotion. In such event, prizes will be awarded in a drawing from among all eligible online entries received prior to such termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BUCKLE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address). A potential winner maybe be requested to provide Buckle with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. In the case of a legal minor, the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian may be the authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Acceptance of prize/offer constitutes permission to Buckle and its agencies to use winners/offer recipients’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting prize/offer, winner/offer recipient agrees to hold Buckle, the Sponsoring Brands, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, ViralSweep, and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, members and employees harmless against any and all claims and liability resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize/offer.
