OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the sweepstakes page and who are 18+ years old as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to all residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Air Pacific Limited trading as Fiji Airways (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about 1am May 15, 2026, and ending 12am June 15, 2026, Fiji Time. All online entries will close at this end time.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/fbc630-226453. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You can earn one entry by registering using your email address. You are limited to one (1) primary entry per person, per email address and per household unless otherwise expressly stated. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Prize: There will be one (1) winner of two (2) air tickets for air travel in Economy Class on a flight route directly serviced by Fiji Airways. The total approximate retail value of the prize shall not exceed USD5,000.

Travel must be booked by August 1, 2026. Travel dates are between September 1, 2026, and November 30, 2026, or January 20, 2027, and May 31, 2027; failing which the Prize may be forfeited without compensation.

All travel awarded as part of the Prize is subject to:
(a) seat availability;
(b) flight schedules;
(c) operational requirements;
(d) government approvals;
(e) travel advisories;
(f) immigration requirements;

(g) blackout periods; and
(h) Sponsor’s Conditions of Carriage.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, substitute, postpone or cancel any travel component of the Prize where required due to:
(i) force majeure;
(ii) weather events;
(iii) natural disasters;
(iv) pandemics or public health emergencies;
(v) airport or airspace restrictions;
(vi) industrial action;
(vii) aircraft unavailability;
(viii) safety or security requirements; or
(ix) any event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for compensation or reimbursement arising from cancelled, delayed, rerouted or unavailable travel services except as expressly required by applicable law.

Winner and travelling companion must comply with all applicable travel requirements, health protocols, safety instructions and immigration laws. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse travel where necessary for operational, legal, safety or security reasons.

No cash or other substitution is permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, travel documentation (including but not limited to passport, visa and immigration requirements, travel insurance, health requirements, airport transfers outside of Fiji, meals, incidental expenses, airport and departure taxes, duties or government charges not expressly included) shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer/assignment of prize to others is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.”

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner selection and notification: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor’s management. The winner will be notified via email, to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with, within 7 days following the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 calendar days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Prize award and travel remain subject to applicable sanctions laws, export control laws, aviation regulations and government travel restrictions. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by you: By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that Sponsor or anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules.

The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for:
(a) interrupted or unavailable network systems;
(b) failed internet transmissions;
(c) delayed, incomplete or corrupted entries;
(d) technical malfunctions;
(e) mobile carrier interruptions;
(f) platform outages;
(g) filtering by spam or junk mail systems; or
(h) any other technical or human error affecting administration of the Sweepstakes.

Any internet access charges, data fees or mobile carrier charges incurred in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the entrant.

For purposes of determining timeliness of entries, Sponsor’s systems and records shall be deemed the official timekeeping device.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

11. Governing Law & Disputes: These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Fiji, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of an entrant’s state of residence apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.

As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the competent courts of Fiji, unless applicable law in the entrant’s jurisdiction prohibits such forum selection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
(a) entrants waive any right to participate in any class action, representative action or collective proceeding;
(b) disputes shall be resolved solely on an individual basis;
(c) entrants waive any claim for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages; and
(d) recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with participation in the Sweepstakes.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection or privacy laws.

12. Privacy & Marketing Communications: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may collect, use, process and store personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes for the purposes of:
(a) administering the Sweepstakes;
(b) verifying entrant eligibility;
(c) contacting entrants and winner(s);
(d) prize fulfilment;
(e) compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; and
(f) where separately consented to by the entrant, marketing and promotional communications.

Personal information may include entrant name, email address, telephone number, residential location, social media account details and other information reasonably required for administration of the Sweepstakes.

Entrants are not required to consent to receiving marketing or promotional communications in order to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Electing not to receive marketing communications will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

Where an entrant separately opts in to receive marketing communications, the entrant may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in such communications or by contacting Sponsor directly.

Sponsor may disclose personal information to its affiliates, service providers, advertising agencies, technology providers and professional advisers strictly for purposes associated with administration of the Sweepstakes and related business operations.

For residents of California, personal information may also be subject to rights and protections available under applicable California privacy legislation, including rights relating to access, correction and deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal limitations.

Sponsor will implement reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.

13. Request for Information: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Fiji Airways, Private Mail Bag, Nadi International Airport, Nadi, Fiji. Requests must be received no later than 14 August 2026.

14. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Air Pacific Limited trading as Fiji Airways, having its registered office at the Hangar, Maintenance and Administrative Centre, Nasoso Road, Nadi, Fiji.

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google.
