OneCart PTY (LTD)  

Local Marketing Activation Terms and Conditions.  

●      The promoter of this competition is OneCart (PTY) Ltd. 

●      Entries close 30 April 2022.  

●      By entering and/or accepting the prize - if you are a winner - you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions. 

●  By entering the competition you agree to OneCart sending you competition related emails and newsletters.

●      Competition Prize: Winner gets a R20 000 OneCart Voucher valid for 12 months from date of prize giving to spend one OneCart at Makro.

●      This prize is non-transferable, dates cannot be extended, and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

●      Other expenses such as services fees, delivery fees and anything not stipulated above are excluded. 

●      OneCart (PTY) Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the participants participation in the competition, or the receipt or use of any part of the prize, or suffered during the course of the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

●      To be eligible for the competition, participants must reside in the Republic of South Africa, and be over 18 years old. 

●      This competition is not open to employees of OneCart (PTY) Ltd, all associated advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families. 

●      OneCart (PTY) Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. 

●      In the event where a competition or promotion is canceled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneCart (PTY) Ltd, their employees, agents, directors, partners, consultants suppliers, sponsors or promoters, and members of their immediate families 

●      OneCart (PTY) Ltd will not be held responsible for any mistakes or discrepancies contained in any competition. 

●      The prize-winner, by accepting the prize, assigns all rights to the promoters to publish their names in any promotion, print, or public relations material for the period of the competition and one month after the date.
