Pitchcare and Dennis terms and conditions

This prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales.

All entrants must work within the turf care or amenity industry or another relevant industry, Pitchcare/Dennis reserves the right to request proof of this and will eliminate entrants should sufficient evidence not be provided at the time of asking. The competition is not open to trade professionals, Dennis/Sisis/Pitchcare or Agrovista Staff. Pitchcare/Dennis reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.

By entering, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

The closing date 24^th January 2022 at 11:59; following this, no further entries will be permitted.

No responsibility will be accepted for missing entries for whatever reason.

The prizes for this competition are as follows:

• One Dennis machine from the detailed list below. The range has been carefully selected to cover all sectors of the industry.

• Pitchcare gift vouchers to spend in the Pitchcare shop 1 x £250.00, 2 x £100.00 and 6 x £50.00

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not for the individual but the business, club or facility they are employed by. The below machines have been specified by Dennis and only ONE machine is offered as a prize.

Prizes are subject to availability and Pitchcare/Dennis reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

Winners will be chosen by a Pitchcare/Dennis judge.

The winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 14 days, Pitchcare/Dennis reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

Pitchcare/Dennis will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered. The winner will be required to participate in a winners article to promote the club/business or facility that has won. The winning club, business or facility cannot 'sell-on' the chosen machine within 12 months of taking possession.   

Pitchcare and Dennis’s decision regarding all competition matters is final, and no correspondence will be engaged with.

This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Please note: Pitchcare use third party software (ViralSweep and Bronto) for competition management and email subscriptions. The data you submit will be processed and stored by these third parties but will not be used for anything other than for the purposes stated when you submit.
