1. SPONSOR

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of 643, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

Begins August 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM  and ends September 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Visit [https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/f5de0b-235617] and complete the entry form. One (1) free entry per person per day during the Entry Period.

Additional entries may be earned by completing the following optional actions:  • Purchase from the V2 Collection — fifteen (15) entries  • Refer a friend who enters — five (5) entries each,    up to ten (10) friends (maximum fifty (50) entries)  • Follow Sponsor on Instagram — three (3) entries  • Answer the survey question — two (2) entries

FREE METHOD OF ENTRY: No purchase is necessary. All bonus entry actions other than purchase are available free of charge and may be completed without spending any money. Referral entries alone may exceed entries obtainable through purchase.

5. PRIZES

Six (6) winners will each receive one (1) baseball signed by Matt Carpenter at the Savannah Bananas game held at Busch Stadium on August 22, 2026. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $50.00. Total ARV of all

prizes: $300.00.

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's discretion. Prizes will be shipped within the United States only.

6. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 7, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within three (3)business days of the drawing and must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes may be awarded to an alternate winner.

8. PRIVACY

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to use the winner's name and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. RELEASE
