Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to those who sign up on the online sweepstakes page, are at least 21 years old at the time of entry, and reside in the United States. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Vesta Management Group LLC (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Only participants residing in the USA are eligible to win.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Vesta Management Group LLC as final and binding as they relate to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on October 11, 2024, at 12:00 AM PST and ending on November 8, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. Weekly drawings will be held on Fridays throughout the sweepstakes period. Each week, 10 winners will be randomly selected, for a total of 10 weeks. All entries for each week must be received by 11:59 PM PST on the Thursday prior to each Friday drawing.

How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. Each entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Vesta Management Group LLC. You may enter only once per week, and you must provide the information requested. Multiple entries using different email addresses or identities to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification. Upon entering, all participants will also receive a $20 off coupon for their first purchase at Seeds & Clones.

Prizes: The approximate retail value of each starter pack is $25. The prizes consist of one seed of each of three strains. A total of 100 starter packs will be given away (10 per week over 10 weeks). No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Vesta Management Group LLC to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Drawings will take place every Friday, starting on October 11, 2024, and ending on November 8, 2024. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following the drawing. Vesta Management Group LLC shall not be liable for any winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam, junk email, or other security settings. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you understand that Vesta Management Group LLC, anyone acting on its behalf, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry, including your name, likeness, and biographical information, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide without any further compensation.

Data Collection and Privacy: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that Vesta Management Group LLC may collect personal information, including your name, email address, and responses to questions about cannabis cultivation. This information will be used for marketing purposes and to contact you regarding your entry or prize. Vesta Management Group LLC does not sell or share your personal information with third parties. You can opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe link in emails.

Terms: Vesta Management Group LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes due to virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond its control. In such cases, Vesta Management Group LLC may select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken. Vesta Management Group LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Vesta Management Group LLC and its affiliates from any liability, including illness, injury, or loss that may occur from participation or the use of any prize.
