Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter: This competition is promoted by Safair Operations (Proprietary) Limited, trading as FlySafair, (reg. no. 2007/032915/07) (“FlySafair”, “us”, “we” or “our”).

Competition Period: The competition runs from the 12^th June 2026 – 28^th June 2026 only. No entries will be accepted after 28^th June 2026.

Who Can Enter:

You are eligible to participate in this competition or promotion if:

You are a natural person, at least 18 (eighteen) years old, and a permanent resident of South Africa, and

You are NOT:

A supplier of goods or services connected to this competition,

A director, member, partner, employee, agent, or consultant to the Promoter, or any other entity directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by the Promoter,

A family member (spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister) or business partner of the persons mentioned above.

How to enter: Navigate to the web-based entry form and supply the required details to complete a first entry. Further entries may be earned by fulfilling certain actions outlined on the website including, but not limited to successfully referring other entries via social media or email, visiting our website and sharing the promotion on social media.

Upon entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted all terms and conditions of the competition.

FlySafair reserves the right to modify the competition at any time without prior notice.

By supplying your participant information via the competition entry, you provide your consent to receive newsletter and marketing communications from FlySafair.

By entering the competition, you consent that your email details will be stored for marketing purposes. Any communication sent to you will have a clear opt-out option should you wish to unsubscribe from marketing communication from FlySafair.

Entry fees: Participation in the promotions or competitions is completely free, and no entry fees are required.

Prize: -

2 (two) domestic return flight vouchers, which includes a single checked-in bag per voucher and airport taxes but excludes extras such as priority boarding, changes, etc. The flight vouchers will be valid for 1 (one) year from date of issue;

The flight voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Visa’s, airport transfers and related expenses will not be paid for by the promoter and are the responsibility of the prize winner

1 (one) x 4 (four) night stay for 2 (two) people sharing a double room at any SleepOver of their choice, on a bed and breakfast basis. The voucher is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue, subject to availability.

SleepOver Voucher Terms and Conditions:

• The 4 (four) night accommodation voucher is valid for 2 (two) people sharing on a bed and breakfast basis.
• Subject to the above, the accommodation may be redeemed as a multiple stay at different SleepOvers or as a single stay, or a combination thereof.
• The accommodation package can only be redeemed in one, consecutive booking, i.e. the winner may not split the booking over any gaps in time. Any unused accommodation vouchers will be forfeited.
• The accommodation vouchers may not be transferred or refunded for cash equivalent. The booking must be redeemed via SleepOver’s Central Reservations Office (contact number: 010 110 9900) ahead of the departure, to ensure availability.

SleepOver 15% Discount Terms & Conditions

This promotion also offers a 15% booking discount exclusively to participants who successfully enter the competition. After entry, participants will receive a ‘Thank You For Entry’ email containing a promo code and a unique booking link. The promo code is valid for bookings made between 12 – 28 June 2026 only at any SleepOver property.

To redeem the discount, participants must use the promo code during the booking process via https://sleepover.travel/. This discount applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing reservations or group bookings. It also cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

The promo code is non-transferable and may only be used by the participant who received the ‘Thank You For Entry’ email.

Please note that this promotion is run exclusively by SleepOver, and FlySafair acts solely as a promotional partner. FlySafair assumes no liability or responsibility for any bookings, issues, or claims arising from the use of the promo code. By using the promo code, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

Selection of Winner(s): The winner will be chosen by FlySafair via an electronic platform and selected via a random computerised drawing process to be held no later than 7 (Seven) working days after the competition end date. FlySafair’s decision in selection of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into with any competition participant other than the 1 (one) winner.

Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries, or entries sent through agencies and third parties, will not be accepted.

Notification of Winner(s): The winner will be notified via email within 7 (Seven) days of the draw and where necessary, follow-up phone calls will also be made to the winner. In the event that a winner cannot be successfully reached in a period not exceeding 24 (Twenty-Four) hours of the initial attempt or fails to provide the required information or documentation within the same period, such winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety. In such instances, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw such prize and select an alternative winner. The winner may be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook page located at https://www.facebook.com/flysafair. The Promotor's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into with a competition participant other than the 3 (three) winners.

Forfeit: A winner(s) will forfeit his/her prize in the following situations:

If they have already won a prize in this competition,

If they fail to provide the necessary participant information within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the request,

If they are found to have breached any of the competition rules stated herein,

If they fail to accept delivery of the prize after 2(two) delivery attempts by the Promoter, and

If it is unlawful for the winner to receive the prize.

In case of a forfeit, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining participants.

Use of participant and winner information: By participating in this competition, you agree and consent to the use by FlySafair or a third party nominated by FlySafair of your participant information for purposes related to this competition. You consent that your name and surname may be announced, posted and displayed on the FlySafair social media pages. The winner may also be requested to participate in marketing activities, including having his/her photograph taken or being filmed, but he/she will be entitled to decline to do so. The participant will not be entitled to any form of remuneration as a result of FlySafair so using his/her participant information.

Unforeseen events: In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any causes beyond FlySafair’s reasonable control, FlySafair at its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel this competition, amend the rules, or change the prize at any time without notice to you. Should any unforeseen event occur that may render the prize draw or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of FlySafair, no liability whatsoever shall be attributable to FlySafair.

Privacy Policy: By entering into this competition, you acknowledge and consent that FlySafair may process your personal information provided to us. Your personal information shall be processed in strict compliance with the applicable Data Protection Legislation (Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013) and FlySafair’s privacy policy accessible on request or on FlySafair's website at https://www.flysafair.co.za/about-us/legal-ts-cs/privacy-policy;

Indemnification: You will fully indemnify, defend and hold FlySafair harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, causes of action and other proceedings arising from or related to any of the following (the "Claims"): (a) your use of, inability to use, or activities in connection with the website; (b) any violation of these terms and conditions or any other FlySafair terms, conditions or policies by you or through any account you may have with any website; (c) any transaction; (d) any allegation that any submission or other materials that you make available through the website infringe or otherwise violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; or (e) your violation of any rights of any website visitor, user, or customer, or any other third party; and you agree to reimburse FlySafair on demand for any damages, losses, costs, judgments, fees, fines and other expenses we incur (including attorneys' fees) as a result of any claim(s). This means that you will be held liable for any loss or damage we suffer following any claims.

Governing Law:

This competition in its entirety, is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
