Bahamas Fall 2025 Special Promotion with TripGift®
Official Rules and Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
The “Bahamas Fall 2025 Special Promotion” (the "Sweepstakes") is open to residents of all countries within The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism’s key source markets who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation (the "Sponsor"), TripGift®, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and is void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules:
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period:
Booking period: September 22, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET through November 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
Travel period: December 1, 2025 through March 30, 2026.

How to Enter:
You may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting the entry form found on the designated campaign page. Entries must be complete and submitted according to the instructions. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries are permitted. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Prizes:
Five (5) winners will each receive a $1,000 TripGift destination gift card that can be redeemed on the TripGift® platform for airfare, hotel stays, and local experiences in The Bahamas.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000.00

Gift cards are subject to TripGift®’s terms and conditions.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not explicitly listed herein.

Odds:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected via random drawing under Sponsor supervision. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or incorrect contact information.

Rights Granted by You:
By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor and its authorized agents the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Terms and Conditions:
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including technical failure, fraud, or any other issue that compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, TripGift®, their affiliates, advertising agencies, and partners from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures or errors that may prevent entry.

Disputes:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida. You waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees.

Privacy Policy:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Read the full policy at: https://www.bahamas.com/privacy-policy. Data will be collected and processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection and privacy laws. ViralSweep, the platform used to collect entries, is GDPR compliant.

Winners List:
To obtain a copy of the winners list, email the Sponsor and include “Please e-mail me the winners’ list for the Bahamas Fall 2025 Special Promotion” in the subject line.
